    摘要: There is a need for a piezoelectric element capable of improving a productivity and a yield without impairing the piezoelectric characteristic and a method for manufacturing the same. A piezoelectric element is provided with a substrate, a first electrode film disposed on the substrate, a piezoelectric film disposed on the first electrode film, and a second electrode film disposed on the piezoelectric film. The piezoelectric film has a laminated structure composed of a plurality of crystallized piezoelectric thin films. The piezoelectric film having a predetermined thickness is formed by repeated cycles of a film formation step of forming a piezoelectric thin film and a crystallization heat treatment step of heat-treating the piezoelectric thin film to effect crystallization. In this manner, a piezoelectric film exhibiting uniform crystallinity in the film thickness direction may be produced.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a polypropylene resin composition containing about 90 to 60 parts by weight of a polypropylene block copolymer (A); and about 10 to 40 parts by weight of a polyethylene resin (B), wherein the polypropylene block copolymer is a polypropylene block copolymer which contains about 99 to 90% by weight of a crystalline polypropylene (a) and about 1 to 10% by weight of an amorphous ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer (b) and has a melt flow rate (MFR) of about 2 to 15 g/10 minutes, and a die swell ratio, measured by a capillary rheometer, of at least 1.7. Foamed materials containing a fine and uniform foam are obtainable from this composition.

    摘要: A radio receiver having a counter which generates a count value corresponding to the frequency of a station to be received which value is stored in a memory through a load enable signal produced when a ramp voltage reaches a value corresponding to a comparison voltage set to correspond to the frequency. The stored count value controls a programmable divider of a phase lock loop circuit to cause the oscillator of the circuit to produce the correct local oscillator frequency to be received. An N-nary counter permits only every Nth count value to be stored in the memory to correspond to the frequency spacing between stations.

Preferably, said scan memory comprises a plurality of memories, each allotted for a frequency band, and said preset memory is structured such that each location comprises a plurality of regions, each allotted for a frequency band, whereby a multiband frequency synthesizer radio receiver is provided.
