摘要: A structure of a push-button switch is disclosed which can prevent the occurrence of a poor conduction caused by the influence of dust which has entered the switch and ensuring a stable contact reliability despite of adopting a contact structure which uses round wire rods. The push-button switch comprises a housing having a receptacle portion, a fixed terminal formed by a wire rod, embedded in the housing, and partially projecting to the exterior of the housing, a fixed contact integral with the fixed terminal and using as a contact portion a partially exposed, raised portion of the wire rod exposed to an inside bottom of the receptacle portion of the housing, and a dome-like movable contact accommodated in the receptacle portion and capable of moving into contact with and away from the fixed contact, wherein a groove is formed in an upper surface of the raised portion of the fixed contact so as to cross the raised portion transversely and/or longitudinally, and the thus grooved-upper surface of the raised portion comes into contact with the movable contact.

摘要: A method for using an apparatus configured to form a germanium-containing film includes performing a first film formation process for forming a first product film containing germanium by CVD on a product target object placed inside a reaction container, a first cleaning process for etching the film formation by-product, a second cleaning process for removing residual germanium from inside the reaction container, and a second film formation process for forming a second product film containing no germanium by CVD on a product target object placed inside the reaction container, in this order. The second cleaning process is performed by exhausting gas from inside the reaction container with no product target object placed therein, supplying a second cleaning gas containing an oxidizing gas and hydrogen gas into the reaction container, and heating an interior of the reaction container thereby activating the second cleaning gas.

摘要: A hypocycloid reducer 70 for reducing rotation of a flat motor 60 to output the speed-reduced rotation to a drum is provided between the drum and the flat motor 60, a rotor shalt member 65 which is rotated with the same rotation number as the flat motor 60 is axially aligned with the drum is provided on the same side as the flat motor 60. An output rotation body 74 for outputting the speed-reduced rotation is axially aligned with the drum and provided on the same side as the drum. Since the rotor shaft member 65 and the output rotation body 74 are axially aligned with the drum, turning force can be transmitted bi-directionally between the rotor shaft member 65 and the output rotation body 74. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate an electromagnetic clutch to reduce the driving apparatus in size and weight, and since wires and control logic of the electromagnetic clutch are not needed for the driving apparatus, the driving apparatus can be reduced in production cost.

摘要: A refresh area is taken advantage of when a series of images are coded using Intra-frame coding and Inter-frame coding, a partial area of an image being forcefully Intra-frame coded (Intra MBs) in the refresh area. As the prediction mode for prediction of the Intra MBs inside the refresh area, a prediction mode is selected where the prediction is executable based on only the image that exists inside the refresh area.

摘要: A micro mechanical resonator includes a high dielectric substrate, and a torsional vibrator having one end that is a fixed end fixed to high dielectric substrate, and having the other end that is a free end. The torsional vibrator has a substantially circular plate-like shape, has a lower surface serving as the fixed end fixed to the substrate, and has an upper surface serving as the free end that is not fixed. The torsional vibrator torsionally vibrates relative to an axis (torsional vibration axis) connecting the center of the circle of the end surface of the fixed end to the center of the circle of the end surface of the free end. In this way, a micro mechanical resonator can be implemented which can be manufactured readily and achieves a high Q factor.

摘要: The present invention relates to an image decoder which implements high speed image decoding with a low cost and simple configuration. By a stream dividing module, an input video stream is divided in units of frames as a plurality of frame rows for distribution. Each of plural decoders generates decoded images by decoding a distributed frame row. Of the decoded images generated by the decoders, reference images to be referred to when a subsequent frame is decoded is stored in a reference image frame memory. A timing control module receives information about stream distribution from the stream dividing module and controls the respective timings of decoding frames distributed to the decoders.
