A first electrically controlled control valve controls a connection of the pump working chamber to a discharge chamber, and a second electrically controlled control valve controls the pressure prevailing in a control pressure chamber of the fuel injection valve, which pressure acts on the injection valve member in the closing direction. A third electrically controlled control valve controls an additional connection of the pump working chamber to the discharge chamber; this connection contains a pressure control valve that opens toward the discharge chamber.

The injection device includes a pump part (1) and an injection nozzle part (2). The pump part (1) and injection nozzle part (2) communicate with one another via a high-pressure line (3). Control valves (8, 10) which are triggered by means of an actuator (9) are contained in the pump part (1). By the triggering by means of the actuator (9), injection parameters during the preinjection phase (28), pressure buildup phase (29) and main injection phase (30) are determined.

    摘要: A valve control unit for a fuel injection valve, has a housing body, in which two valve control chambers that communicate continuously with one another are provided. The first valve control chamber communicates fuel with an inflow conduit for fuel pressure on a terminal member of a valve control piston which is displaceable in the housing body and the second valve control chamber communicates with a closable outlet conduit. A mechanical stop for limiting the mobility of the valve control piston in the direction of the second valve control chamber is embodied on the housing body. The quantity of preinjected fuel can be minimized by the volume of fuel in the first valve control chamber.
