摘要： A telecommunication apparatus includes a shelf and a plurality of packages. Optical fibers are laid around a rear surface of the shelf in a direction of Z2. Each of the optical fibers is dragged in a direction of X1 into a corresponding cartridge from a rear surface thereof. The cartridge is provided near an upper side of the rear surface as an excessive length treating portion. Then the optical fiber is drawn out of an upper surface of the cartridge so as to enter a space formed in the upper shelf from the rear surface thereof. After that, the optical fiber is extended and connected to an optical plug provided on a front portion of the package.

摘要： In a holder and a structure for organizing excess length by winding cables and the like, an excess length organizing holder comprises a baseboard which has a rotation axis vertical to a fixed plane, and a spool which has a flange whose edge is provided with two incisions and a winding portion. The spool is rotated around the rotation axis in a state where a cable is folded by way of the winding portion and the two incisions, thereby winding the cable twofold around the winding portion. Also, an excess length organizing structure comprises a door detachable from a box-shaped rack, a mounting hardware connecting the door to the rack and pivoting on one side so as to make the door openable and closable, and at least one excess length organizing holder mentioned above whose baseboard is attached on a surface of the door when the door is attached to the mounting hardware.

摘要： A method which comprises using a specified dye taken up by erythrocytic nucleated cells so that their nuclei are stained and can be readily differentiated from other cells by measurement with a flow cytometer is disclosed. The method relies basically upon flow cytometry by two-step staining that uses a first fluid that is an acidic hypotensive fluorescent dye solution and a second fluid that is a solution that changes the osmorality and pH of the first fluid. The first fluid further contains a fluorescent dye that diffuses into erythroblasts to specifically stain their nuclei, and a group of erythroblasts is separated from other cell groups on the two-dimensional plot constructed with the flow cytometer, whereby the results of erythroblast differentiation are computed.

An instruction fetch unit includes an instruction buffer for prefetching and retaining instructions from a memory and alignment means for aligning the instructions from the instruction buffer such that the instruction includes at least one operand specifier in one machine cycle, and provides it to a decoding unit. The decoding unit includes an operation code decoder and two operand specifier decoders to decode two operand specifiers simultaneously when the last operand specifier is a register designation mode. Each of the units executes instructions in a pipelined fashion and processes operands in a pipelined fashion.
