摘要: A drilling device prevents recurrence of an overload condition after occurrence of the overload condition, thereby improving operability and safety in the drilling device. A motor for rotating a drill is connected to an AC power source through a motor control unit, a current detector, and a power switch. A magnet is also connected to the AC power source through the power switch and a full-wave rectifier. The motor control unit rotationally drives the motor on the basis of a signal sent from a main control unit according to a state in which a motor start switch is on. The main control unit controls the motor control unit to gradually reduce a supply voltage to the motor when the motor becomes overloaded, to gradually increase the voltage to the normal power supply condition when the overload condition is vanished, and to stop power supply to the motor if the overload condition continues for a predetermined period.

摘要: A heat insulating and shielding glass panel that is capable of maintaining heat shielding performance even if heat treatment is carried out during manufacture. The heat insulating and shielding glass panel 1 is comprised of a pair of glass plates 11 and 12 that are hermetically joined together at their outer peripheral edges via a sealing frame 13 that fluidizes at low temperature, such that respective one surfaces of the glass plates 11, 12 face each other and a hollow layer 14 is formed between the glass plates; and pillars 15 that are substantially cylindrical spacers that are inserted into the hollow layer 14 as atmospheric pressure supporting members and determine the gap between the glass plates 11 and 12. A low-emission transparent multilayer 17 having an emittance of not more than 0.1 is coated by sputtering on each of surfaces 11a and 12a of the respective glass plates 11 and 12 facing the hollow layer 14 so as to realize high heat insulation performance. The low-emission transparent multilayer 17 is comprised of ZnO layers 33 and 35 as dielectric layers separated from each other in the direction of film thickness by an SiNx layer 34 as an amorphous layer, and an Ag—Pd layer 32 as a metal layer containing Ag and Pd.

摘要: An annular cutter connecting apparatus includes an arbor, annular cutter fixing locking members received in holding holes formed in the lower end portion of the arbor and a sleeve member surrounding the lower end portion of the arbor, for fixing an annular cutter to the arbor. The sleeve has a first control face having an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the lower end portion of the arbor, for projecting the locking members into the central bore by a predetermined length when the first control face engages the locking members, and second control faces formed circumferentially in the first control face, for receiving the locking members. The sleeve is rotatable around its own axis so as to cause the locking members to selectively face the first control face and the second control faces, respectively. An annular cutter has a shank portion provided with locking member passing portion or portions on that part of the outer peripheral surface of the shank portion which corresponds to the holding holes of the annular cutter connecting apparatus. The shank portion has depressed locking member receiving portion formed in or on the locking member passing portion or portions and receive the locking members. The annular cutter is connected to and removed from the arbor in one-touch operation.
