    摘要: A photoelectric sensor having a photoconductive layer on an electrode and used to form information on an information recording medium. The photoelectric sensor is semiconductive and has such a function that when a voltage is applied between the electrode of the photoelectric sensor and an electrode of the information recording medium while information exposure is being carried out, or when information exposure is carried out with a voltage being applied between the two electrodes, information can be recorded on the information recording medium with an electric current amplified to a level higher than the intensity of a photoelectric current induced by the information exposure, and that even after termination of the information exposure, when the voltage is continuously applied, the photoelectric sensor shows electrical conductivity and continuously effects information recording to the information recording medium. The photoelectric sensor has a photo-induced current amplifying layer provided between the electrode and the photoconductive layer, thereby enabling an image free from unevenness and noise to be formed with high sensitivity.

The photoconductive layer of the photoelectric sensor is capable of amplifying an electric field or electric charge given to the information recording medium, so that the intensity of electric field or the amount of electric charge given to the information recording medium can be increased to a level higher than the light energy actually applied. Accordingly, information recording of high sensitivity can be performed even if information exposure is carried out with a relatively small light energy.

The card connector has an improved structure of contacts arranged in a card receiving space to simplify the structure thereof and to allow the card connector to be manufactured easily.The card connector at least includes a space for receiving a card and a plurality of contacts that are provided in the space parallel to the direction along which a card is inserted. The respective contacts provided in the space for receiving the IC card include a plurality of contact points that respectively correspond to the respective pads of the plurality of IC cards and that are provided in the direction along which the IC card is inserted.
