摘要: A method for controlling an automated step-by-step variable transmission which has a plurality of gear stages which set up a different transmission ratio in each case. The method comprises the steps: a) detecting whether a gear stage is to be engaged, b) detecting an input actual variable which is substantially proportional to an input rotational speed of the step-by-step variable transmission, and an output actual variable which is substantially proportional to an output rotational speed of the transmission, c) checking as to whether a difference between a ratio of the input and the output actual variables and the transmission ratio which would be set up by the gear stage is smaller for a predefined timespan than a predefined tolerance range, and d) determining a fault state if the difference does not lie within the tolerance range for the predefined timespan.

摘要: Method for shifting, in particular engaging and/or disengaging, gears in an automatic multi-stage gearbox of a motor vehicle, wherein the gearbox comprises a drive input shaft (18) connectable to an engine drive output shaft (16) by means of a friction clutch (12) which acts as a separating clutch (12), and a drive output shaft (20) couplable to a drive wheel or to drive wheels of the motor vehicle, wherein a shift process takes place, in particular only, as a function of rotational speeds (n) of the shafts, wherein each gear is assigned a synchronizing device (36), which acts as a shift clutch, in order to connect the drive input shaft (18) to the drive output shaft (20), comprising the following steps: setting the separating clutch (12) into a dragging position such that a low, preferably predefined, drag torque is transmitted from the engine drive output shaft (16) to the drive input shaft (18), which drag torque is sufficient to bring a rotational speed (nIS) of the drive input shaft (18) when the shift clutch (36) is open to a rotational speed (nM) of the engine drive output shaft (16); adjusting the rotational speed of the engine drive output shaft (16) to a predetermined value (I) which differs sufficiently from a rotational speed of a source gear or from rotational speed of a target gear; setting the shift clutch (36) of the source gear towards an open position in order to separate the drive input shaft (18) and drive output shaft (20) from one another; detecting the rotational speed (nIS) of the drive input shaft for a predetermined time period which follows at least a time (t1) when the shift clutch (36) of the source gear is in the open position; determining a change in the rotational speed (nIS) of the drive input shaft (18) during the predetermined time period; and determining whether the change which is determined in this way lies within predefined tolerances of an expected rotational speed change (FIG. 8).

摘要: Method for shifting, in particular engaging and/or disengaging, gears in an automatic multi-stage gearbox of a motor vehicle, wherein the gearbox comprises a drive input shaft (18) connectable to an engine drive output shaft (16) by means of a friction clutch (12) which acts as a separating clutch (12), and a drive output shaft (20) couplable to a drive wheel or to drive wheels of the motor vehicle, wherein a shift process takes place, in particular only, as a function of rotational speeds (n) of the shafts, wherein each gear is assigned a synchronizing device (36), which acts as a shift clutch, in order to connect the drive input shaft (18) to the drive output shaft (20), comprising the following steps: setting the separating clutch (12) into a dragging position such that a low, preferably predefined, drag torque is transmitted from the engine drive output shaft (16) to the drive input shaft (18), which drag torque is sufficient to bring a rotational speed (nIS) of the drive input shaft (18) when the shift clutch (36) is open to a rotational speed (nM) of the engine drive output shaft (16); adjusting the rotational speed of the engine drive output shaft (16) to a predetermined value (I) which differs sufficiently from a rotational speed of a source gear or from rotational speed of a target gear; setting the shift clutch (36) of the source gear towards an open position in order to separate the drive input shaft (18) and drive output shaft (20) from one another; detecting the rotational speed (nIS) of the drive input shaft for a predetermined time period which follows at least a time (t1) when the shift clutch (36) of the source gear is in the open position; determining a change in the rotational speed (nIS) of the drive input shaft (18) during the predetermined time period; and determining whether the change which is determined in this way lies within predefined tolerances of an expected rotational speed change.

摘要: A method for controlling an automated step-by-step variable transmission which has a plurality of gear stages which set up a different transmission ratio in each case. 摘要: A method for detecting a fault state in an automated motor vehicle gearbox having two parallel branches. Each branch has a clutch and is configured to transmit driving torques from a drive unit to at least one driven wheel of the motor vehicle. The method comprises the steps of sensing whether both clutches are at least partially closed; of sensing the rotational speed of the at least one driven wheel and sensing the rotational speed of a non-driven wheel, and of detection of a fault state if both clutches are at least partially closed, and a difference between the rotational speeds of the wheels is greater than a predetermined reference value.

摘要: A transmission configuration includes an automated dual-clutch transmission having two transmission sections with respective input shafts, respective output shafts and respective motor clutches. The motor clutches are connected, on a motor side thereof, to a drive shaft and to a respective one of the input shafts on a transmission side thereof. A drive-side speed sensor unit is disposed at the drive shaft. An input-side speed sensor configuration includes sensor wheels connected, fixed against relative rotation, to respective ones of the input shafts, and pulse sensors disposed stationary with respect to a housing and within an effective range of the respective sensor wheels. The input-side speed sensor configuration is configured to detect a speed of the input shafts and a direction of rotation of at least one of the input shafts. A method for controlling an automated dual-clutch transmission is also provided.

The drive train comprises a drive engine, a friction clutch arrangement and a multi-speed transmission. The friction clutch arrangement connects or disconnects the drive engine to/from the multi-speed transmission. The method comprises the step of determining at least one rotational speed parameter of the drive train; checking whether the rotational speed parameter is greater than a first threshold value for a first predetermined time interval, and initiating a measure in the drive train in order to lower the rotational speed parameter if the rotational speed parameter is greater than the first threshold value for the first predetermined time interval.

A faster start-up response can be achieved if the internal combustion engine (12) is driven by the electrical machine (16) when the clutch (50) is engaged during start-up, and if the clutch capacitance (MK) is reduced according to a defined parameter, preferably the engine speed, the time or the torque (ME) of the electrical machine (16) or similar.
