    摘要: The present invention relates to a delivery carrier including liposomes or nanoparticles for targeting the cells expressed with somatostatin receptor, consisting of a plurality of liposomes that have one phospholipid bilayer coating, one hydrophilic core and a bioactive substance. The bioactive substance is packaged in the hydrophilic core, or embedded in the phospholipid bilayer, or electrically bound with liposomes as a complex, wherein the phospholipid bilayer coating is conjugated with a plurality of molecules in the outer surface. The molecules recognize the somatostatin receptor in the surface of the target cells and induce receptor-mediated endocytosis.

Furthermore, a nanoparticle apparatus that uses inkjet dispenser is utilized to fabricate nanoparticles. The method comprises: (a) mixing a fenofibrate substance, an organic solvent and a solubility enhancing additive to form a saturated solution; and (b) spray-drying the saturated solution to form the nanoparticles containing fenofibrate, wherein the solubility enhancing additive comprises a surfactant or an excipient.

The micro droplet sprayer, such as an inkjet sprayer, composed of a tank, a channel, an actuator, and orifices is utilized for generation of micro droplets. The device is employed to provide the micro droplet sprayer with energy, thus, forcing droplets out. The droplets are dried in the drying chamber, obtaining nanoparticles.

    摘要: Disclosed is an improved method for hemoglobin purification utilizing a novel two-step dual-aqueous-phase extraction technique to separate hemoglobin from red cell membrane stroma and other protein contaminants. In the first step, a first dual-aqueous-phase liquid system is prepared which comprises an upper aqueous phase containing polyethylene glycol in water and a lower aqueous phase containing a phosphate buffer at a pH of about 10. In the second step, a second dual-aqueous-phase liquid system is prepared which comprises an upper aqueous phase, which contains the polyethylene glycol phase containing the hemoglobin extracted in the first step, and a lower aqueous phase containing a new phosphate buffer at a pH of less than 7.5. After the second extraction step, purified hemoglobin solution can then be obtained by removing the phosphate salt and the minute amounts of polyethylene glycol contained in the lower phase.
