    摘要： In a method for operating a communication system having a plurality of nodes which have access to a shared channel, a transmission process for transmitting a message via the channel is monitored for bit errors, and when a bit error occurs, a signaling message is transmitted via the channel in order to signal the bit error. In order to allow communications processes between the nodes to be controlled as a function of a bit error rate of the channel, a signaling rate of the signaling messages is measured and a bit error rate of the channel is determined as a function of the signaling rate.

The tire segments are typically solid and comprised of a resilient polymeric material such as polyurethane.

The weight ratio of THC to CBD=75:25-20:80, preferably 3:1-1:2, an especially 2:1.     摘要： Ethylene-alkyne copolymers and ethylene-alkyne-alkene terpolymers. The copolymers and terpolymers have a number-average molecular weight, determined by vapor phase osmometry, of from 500 to 500,000 and contain, as copolymerized units,(A) from 70 to 99 percent by weight of ethylene and(B) an acetylenically unsaturated compound of the formula (I)H--C.tbd.C--R.sup.1 Iwhere R.sup.1 is (OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.n H or CH.sub.2 -R.sup.2, n is 1-20, R.sup.2 is -OH, -OCOR.sup.3 or -COOR.sup.3 and R.sup.3 is straight-chain or branched C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 -alkyl. The terpolymers contain, as copolymerized units, from 50 to 99 percent by weight of (A), from 0.5 to 30 percent by weight of (B) and, in addition, (C) from 0.5 to 49.5 percent by weight of an olefinically unsaturated ester of the formula (II) ##STR1## where R.sup.4 is H or CH.sub.3, R.sup.5 is -OOC-R.sup.6 or -COOR.sup.6 and R.sup.6 is straight-chain or branched C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 -alkyl. The copolymers and terpolymers are prepared in a continuous or batchwise polymerixation system at from 150.degree. to 350.degree. C. under a pressure of from 500 to 3,000 bar in the presence of from 200 to 4,000 mole ppm, based on monomers, of an organic peroxide which decomposes into free radicals. The copolymers and terpolymers can be used as additives to petroleum distillates.

The protective device (14) has an insulating spark gap (15) responding in the case of an error with a defined response voltage (UT) for grounding the live conductors (9, 10).
