The main body member has a rectangular opening portion that is constituted of opening long side portions, opening short side portions, and opening R portions. The lid member seals the opening portion. The opening portion is configured such that each thickness of the opening R portions is larger than each thickness of the opening long side portions respectively. In addition, the opening portion and a lid peripheral edge portion are welded to each other in an airtight manner along an entire circumference thereof, by an energy beam that is radiated from outside the lid member in a thickness direction thereof.

The battery case lid is fitted inside of the opening and welded to the battery case main body by irradiating a laser from above the battery case lid towards the boundary section between the battery case lid and the battery case main body. Furthermore, this battery is provided with a plume control portion which prevents the plume that rises from the boundary portion during welding from rising towards the outer insulating member.

    摘要: When an ink film between an outer cap and a nozzle face is broken, an ink film formed between an inner cap and the nozzle face is not broken for the following reason. That is, when the ink film between the outer cap and the nozzle face is broken, a negative pressure is not generated on a space formed by the inner cap because the ink film between the inner cap and the nozzle face is formed to be thick and the space communicates with the outside environment by cutouts. Therefore, the ink film formed on the inner cap is not broken at a time when the ink film formed on the outer cap is broken to the inner side with a negative pressure. This makes it possible to suppress splashing droplets from traveling to nozzle rows.
