摘要: A power source device for a bubble memory unit, wherein there is supplied a first DC voltage E.sub.c which is applied to control circuitry for controlling the reading and writing of data, a second DC voltage signal E.sub.d which is applied to drive circuitry for driving a bubble memory element, and a memory signal M.sub.e which enables data to be written in or read from the bubble memory element, the signals E.sub.c, E.sub.d and M.sub.e being made to rise and fall according to a prescribed sequence as a commercial power supply is connected and disconnected. The power source device includes first and second DC power source circuits, a comparator circuit for comparing the magnitude of the first DC voltage E.sub.c with a reference level V.sub.M having a value greater than an allowable lower limit value, and a delay circuit. The second DC power source circuit is actuated following a prescribed time delay which begins when the value of signal E.sub.c surpasses the reference level V.sub.M at the time that the commercial power supply is connected, and the memory enable signal M.sub.e is produced after the second DC power source circuit has been actuated. The memory enable signal M.sub.e is made to vanish when the magnitude of signal E.sub.c drops below the reference potential V.sub.m at the time that the commercial power supply is disconnected, the second DC power source circuit being rendered non-operational following a prescribed time delay.

摘要: A reference voltage generating circuit in a DC power supply includes a differential amplifier for detecting a difference voltage between a reference voltage and the output voltage, and a voltage control circuit which is responsive to an output signal from the differential amplifier so as to control the DC power supply output voltage to limit the difference between the output voltage and the reference voltage to zero. More specifically, the reference voltage generating circuit includes a reference voltage source, a first variable resistor connected in parallel with the reference voltage source, a second variable resistor connected to the negative side of the reference voltage source, a third variable resistor connected to the positive side of the reference voltage source, and a switching circuit for connecting a movable contact piece of the first variable resistor to either the second or third variable resistors, or to neither of them. A predetermined voltage of a magnitude greater than, equal to or less than a rated value can be delivered as a reference voltage at the movable contact piece of the first variable resistor by selecting from a plurality of preadjusted voltage divider circuits using a single selection operation.

摘要: Disclosed is an overcurrent protection apparatus in a switching power supply, including a power switching element for interrupting the primary current of a transformer, and a control circuit for generating control pulses which are modulated in pulse width in accordance with a variation in the rectified output voltage on the secondary side of the transformer, the opening and closing of the power switching element being controlled by the control pulses to maintain the rectified output voltage at a constant value. The overcurrent protection apparatus further includes overcurrent detection means which issues an overcurrent detection signal after detecting that a current flowing into the power switching element has exceeded a prescribed value; memory means set by the overcurrent signal; a gate circuit for blocking the passage of control pulses when the memory means has been set; and reset means for resetting the memory means in response to the trailing edge of a control pulse. The switching of the power switching element is controlled by the memory means so that the power switching element is turned off when the memory means has been set, and turned on when the memory means has been reset.

摘要: In a power source device for a bubble memory unit consisting of a bubble memory part and a control part, a controlling supply voltage to be applied to both the bubble memory part and the control part is produced by a power source circuit based on a pulse width modulation system. The power source circuit is provided with a circuit which can expand the signal pulse width in excess of its upper-limit value during the ordinary voltage control. When the controlling supply voltage has become lower than a predetermined value, the pulse width is expanded so that the refresh operation may be perfectly executed when the power source device for the bubble memory unit is turned off.

摘要: An output voltage-drop detecting apparatus added to a stabilized DC power source device which includes a power control circuit for controlling a DC input voltage to produce a DC output voltage of a specified value, a reference voltage source whose voltage is capable of being varied, and an error amplifier, with the DC output voltage and the reference voltage being compared by the error amplifier and the power control circuit being controlled by the output of the error amplifier to stabilize the output voltage. The output voltage-drop detecting apparatus divides the reference voltage obtained from the reference voltage source which is provided in the stabilized DC power source device, thereby to produce a reference voltage for the output voltage-drop detecting apparatus, and compares this reference voltage and the output voltage by means of a comparator, the arrangement being such that the comparator delivers a detection signal when the output voltage of the stabilized DC power source device drops below the reference voltage for the output voltage-drop detecting apparatus.

摘要: The invention provides an aqueous dispersion for chemical mechanical polishing that can limit scratches of a specific size to a specific number, even with interlayer insulating films with small elastic moduli (silsesquioxane, fluorine-containing SiO2, polyimide-based resins, and the like.). When using the aqueous dispersion for chemical mechanical polishing of an interlayer insulating film with an elastic modulus of no greater than 20 GPa as measured by the nanoindentation method, the number of scratches with a maximum length of 1 μm or greater is an average of no more than 5 per unit area of 0.01 mm2 of the polishing surface. An aqueous dispersion for CMP or an aqueous dispersion for interlayer insulating film CMP according to another aspect of the invention contains a scratch inhibitor agent and an abrasive. The scratch inhibitor may be biphenol, bipyridyl, 2-vinylpyridine, salicylaldoxime, o-phenylenediamine, catechol, 7-hydroxy-5-methyl-1,3,4-triazaindolizine, and the like. The abrasive may consist of inorganic particles, organic particles or organic/inorganic composite particles. The organic/inorganic composite particles may be formed by polycondensation of an alkoxysilane, aluminum alkoxide, titanium alkoxide, and the like in the presence of polymer particles of polystyrene or the like, and bonding of polysiloxane, and the like, on at least the surface of the polymer particles.
