摘要: Display apparatus includes LEDs, bottom chassis to accommodate the LEDs; and reflective member disposed on the bottom chassis. The reflective member includes a reflective bottom portion, and a reflective inclined portion obliquely formed to face a rear surface of the display panel which includes first regions that respectively correspond to LEDs located adjacent to the reflective inclined portion, and second regions each provided between two neighboring first regions and has a reflective characteristic different from a reflective characteristic of a neighboring first region. Second regions and neighboring first regions are on the reflective inclined portion having a uniform incline angle with respect to a side edge of the reflective bottom portion, the first regions include a group of light adjusting members, and the group of light adjusting members of each of the first regions is disposed to correspond to one of the LEDs disposed adjacent to the reflective inclined portion.

摘要: A display module includes a display panel; a backlight unit which is disposed behind the display panel; a bottom chassis to accommodate the backlight unit; and a reflective sheet which is disposed inside the bottom chassis and configured to reflect a light portion incident thereon toward the display panel. The backlight unit includes LEDs disposed apart from one another in 2D array, and the reflective sheet includes a sheet bottom portion corresponding to a front surface of the bottom chassis, a sheet inclined portion which is obliquely formed to face a rear surface of the display panel, and light adjustment portions which are provided on the sheet inclined portion and configured to adjust the light portion reflected by the sheet inclined portion. Each of the light adjustment portions corresponds to one of the LEDs disposed adjacent to the sheet inclined portion.

摘要: A memory device includes a memory cell array and a data input/output circuit. The memory cell array includes a plurality of memory cells connected to a plurality of bit lines and a plurality of word lines. The data input/output circuit is configured to receive data from external data pins of the memory device, output the received data to the memory cell array through a plurality of input/output lines electrically coupled to the plurality of bit lines, receive data read from the memory cell array through the plurality of input/output lines, and output the read data through the external data pins. For each external data pin, the data input/output circuit is configured to output data received at the external data pin to a corresponding input/output line. The corresponding input/output line is selected in response to bit values of a set of bits included in the received data.

摘要: A backlight unit and a display device having the same includes a light source installed at a position, separated from the central region of a light diffuser diffusing light by a predetermined distance, to radiate light to the light diffuser, and a lens unit installed between the light diffuser and the light source and having a surface facing the light source, the surface of the lens unit facing the light source including reflective areas which are coated with a reflective material and reflect a part of light radiated from the light source, and a transmissive area transmitting the other part of light radiated from the light source. The display device may eliminate generation of a dark region on a display panel due to the shadow of the backlight unit through improvement of the structure of the lens unit.

摘要: A display apparatus includes LEDs disposed behind a display panel; a bottom chassis to accommodate the LEDs; and a reflective member disposed on the bottom chassis. The reflective member includes a reflective inclined portion obliquely formed to face a rear surface of the display panel and including first regions that respectively correspond to LEDs located adjacent to the reflective inclined portion, and second regions each of which is provided between two neighboring first regions. The first regions include light adjusting members, and each of the second regions has a reflective characteristic different from a reflective characteristic of a neighboring first region. Each of the first regions includes a group of light adjusting members which is disposed to correspond to one of the LEDs disposed adjacent to the reflective inclined portion. The two neighboring first regions have more light adjusting members, respectively, than one of the second regions disposed therebetween.

The reflective inclined portions include a first region that corresponds to an LED and a second region that is between two neighboring LEDs, and the first region has a higher hole density than the second region, and the first region is closer to the LED than the second region.
