    摘要: Provided is a contents providing system. The system includes a storing unit, a plurality of server nodes, a dispatcher node, and a storing/deleting management node. The storing unit stores synchronization data according to a service state of each contents data that can be provided. The plurality of server nodes change synchronization data of contents, and provides the contents service in response to a contents service request input via a network. The dispatcher node checks a service state of contents to select a server node that is to provide the corresponding contents service, and changes synchronization data to transmit address data of the selected server node and a corresponding contents file data to a client that has requested the contents service. The storing/deleting management node manages storing and deleting of contents data stored in a contents storing unit with reference to the synchronization data stored in the storing unit.

    摘要: A linear amplification with nonlinear components (LINC) power transmitter is provided. The LINC power transmitter includes a digital signal processing unit which controls the LINC power transmitter; a frequency modulation unit which modulates or converts a digital signal output from the digital signal processing unit into a radio-frequency (RF) signal; a signal amplification unit which amplifies the RF signal output from the frequency modulation unit using a gain amplifier and a power amplification module; and a direct current/direct current (DC/DC) conversion unit which controls bias of the power amplification module. Here, the DC/DC conversion unit controls a base bias and/or a collect bias of the power amplification module, and the power amplification module operates in saturation.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a submerged hollow fiber membrane module which is of such a structure that it is easy to expand a module processing capability according to a treatment capacity, provides convenient module coupling properties and module manufacturing properties, maintains a stable flux under an efficient air diffusion condition and prevents the damage of membranes and water leakage caused by the loosening of module connecting regions.     摘要: A rapid thermal nitridation (RTN) process produces a nitrogen concentration gradient in an oxynitride layer to compensate for transistor threshold voltage effects from a thickness gradient in the oxynitride layer. The nitrogen concentration gradient is selected to allow greater dopant penetration through thicker gate dielectrics in PMOS transistors formed using the oxynitride layer. Any increases in threshold voltage due to thicker gate dielectrics are counteracted by corresponding decreases in threshold voltage due to dopant penetration, allowing consistent threshold voltage values to be maintained for all PMOS transistors on a single wafer. The nitrogen concentration gradient can be introduced by regulating the flow of nitrous oxide during RTN processing to cause an accumulation of atomic oxygen to develop within the process chamber. The atomic oxygen forms a concentration distribution that increases in the direction of nitrous oxide flow, and therefore removes incorporated nitrogen from the oxynitride layer in corresponding proportions.
