The present invention relates to a sunshade apparatus for automobiles. In the apparatus, first and second linking rods, which function to stretch or close first and second arm units jointed to a shade bar, are actuated by first and second racks, which are engaged with motor-operated first and second drive pinions and are rectilinearly moved in opposite directions. Further, torsion springs are fitted over respective pivots, which joint the upper arm members of the first and second arm units to the shade bar, such that the torsion springs can promote the stretching of respective upper arm members. The torsion springs can be easily assembled in the apparatus, do not generate vibration or noises, and are light, thus reducing the power required to move the shade bar upwards or downwards. Therefore, the present invention realizes the smallness of the drive unit and the lightness of the sunshade apparatus.

The multilayer ceramic chip capacitor comprises alternately staked, dielectric ceramic layers and internal electrode layers wherein dielectric ceramic layers comprise per 100 mol of BaTiO3, BaTiO3; MgCO3: 0.2 to 3.0 mol; at least one selected from Y2O3, Ho2O3, Dy2O3 and Yb2O3: 0.05 to 1.5 mol; Cr2O3: 0.1 to 1.5 mol; BaxCa(1−x)SiO3 (provided that 0≦x≦1): 0.2 to 3.0 mol; and Mn2V2O7: 0.01 to 1.5 mol. The multilayer ceramic chip capacitor of the present invention has a high dielectric constant, satisfies X5R characteristics can be sintered at a low temperature of 1,200 to 1,250° C.

Disclosed herein are a multilayer ceramic capacitor, a dielectric composition capable of sintering at a lower temperature and having a small variation in dielectric constant, a multilayer ceramic capacitor using the same, and a method thereof. The dielectric composition includes BaTiO3, MgCO3, Y2O3, Cr2O3, Mn2V2O7, and xBaO-yZrO2-zSiO2 acting as a sintering agent (where 0.1≦x≦0.3, 0.1≦y≦0.3 and 0.4≦z≦0.8, x+y+z=1), wherein when representing the composition with the formula aBaTiO3-bMgCO3-cY2O3-dCr2O3-e(Mn2V2O7)-f(xBaO-yZrO2-zSiO2), the ratio of the components satisfies the conditions of a=100, 0.1≦b≦3.0, 0.3≦c≦2.0, 0.05≦d≦0.2, 0.01≦e≦1.5, 0.5≦f≦3.0 based on the molar ratio. When manufacturing a multilayer ceramic capacitor of a higher capacitance, which is formed to have the thin layer structure of 4 μm or less, short circuits between internal electrodes and the deterioration in capacitance due to massing of the electrodes into ball at the ends may be remarkably reduced.
