    摘要: The present invention provides an antifouling film that is excellent in antifouling properties, adhesion, rubbing resistance, and reliability, and reduces fingerprint emergence at high humidity. The antifouling film includes a substrate; and a polymer layer disposed on a surface of the substrate and including on a surface thereof an uneven structure provided with projections at a pitch not longer than a wavelength of visible light, the polymer layer being a cured product of a polymerizable composition, the polymerizable composition containing, in terms of active components, 20 to 90 wt % of a polyfunctional acrylate containing an ethylene oxide group, 5 to 25 wt % of a monofunctional amide monomer, and 0.5 to 10 wt % of a fluorine-based release agent, the polymerizable composition containing, in terms of active components, a total of 40 to 65 wt % of the ethylene oxide group in the polyfunctional acrylate and the monofunctional amide monomer.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing an optical film excellent in anti-fouling properties and scratch resistance as well as anti-reflection properties. The method includes the steps of: (1) applying a lower layer resin and an upper layer resin; (2) forming a resin layer having the uneven structure on a surface thereof by pressing a mold against the lower layer resin and the upper layer resin from the upper layer resin side in the state where the applied lower layer resin and upper layer resin are stacked; and (3) curing the resin layer, the lower layer resin containing at least one kind of first monomer that contains no fluorine atoms, the upper layer resin containing a fluorine-containing monomer and at least one kind of second monomer that contains no fluorine atoms, at least one of the first monomer and the second monomer containing a compatible monomer that is compatible with the fluorine-containing monomer and being dissolved in the lower layer resin and the upper layer resin.

    摘要: The An antifouling film includes: a substrate; and a polymer layer including on a surface thereof an uneven structure provided with projections at a pitch not longer than a wavelength of visible light. The polymer layer is a cured product of a polymerizable composition. The polymerizable composition contains, in terms of active components, 75 to 98 wt % of a polyfunctional acrylate, 0.5 to 10 wt % of a fluorine-based release agent, and 1 to 14 wt % of a monofunctional amide monomer. The polymer layer has a bottom temperature at which a storage modulus E′ of the polymer layer is minimum of 90° C. to 150° C. and a minimum storage modulus E′ of 0.9×108 to 4.5×108 Pa in a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement within a measurement temperature range of −50° C. to 250° C. and at a temperature increasing rate of 5° C./min and a frequency of 10 Hz.

    摘要: A decorative film includes: a substrate; and a polymer layer including on a surface thereof an uneven structure provided with projections at a pitch not longer than a wavelength of visible light. The substrate contains a polycarbonate at least in its surface close to the polymer layer. The polymer layer is a cured product of a polymerizable composition. The polymerizable composition contains a release agent, a polyfunctional acrylate containing one or both of an ethylene oxide group and a propylene oxide group, and 2-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)ethyl acrylate. The polymerizable composition contains, in terms of active components, given proportions of the release agent and the 2-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)ethyl acrylate. The polymerizable composition contains, in terms of active components, a given total amount of the ethylene oxide group and the propylene oxide group in the polyfunctional acrylate and the 2-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)ethyl acrylate.
