    摘要: A detected projection is integrally provided on one side of a rotor produced by pressing a plate material. A portion of a rotor is allowed to bulge from one side of the rotor by pressing. At least one end of the projection in a circumferential direction of the rotor is comprised of a shear end face steeply rising from the side of the rotor by a shearing effect during pressing. The shear end face is formed as a sensing end face for an electromagnetic pick-up. The detected projection generates a rotation detecting pulse in an electromagnetic pick-up disposed in proximity to the rotor. The accuracy in size of the projection is enhanced and moreover, when the projection is detected by the electromagnetic pick-up, a pulse wave form is generated clearly and sharply, thereby enhancing the sensing accuracy.

    摘要: In a lift amount adjusting device in a valve-operating mechanism which changes at least a lift amount, a rocker arm is rockably arranged in a driving-force transmitting path for transmitting a driving force of a valve cam to an engine valve, and a jig abuts on the rocker arm to establish a rocking fulcrum in place of a hydraulic tappet which generates an urging force for adjusting a clearance of the driving-force transmission path. Even when an engine is stopped to make the hydraulic tappet inoperative, the jig secures a rocking fulcrum of the rocker arm, thereby enabling adjustment of the lift amount of the intake valve. Also, a load acting on the rocker arm during the adjustment of a lift amount of the intake valve is supported by the jig, and is not transmitted to the hydraulic tappet.

    摘要: The present invention provides an electromagnetic relay that can achieve desired operation characteristics by simple and inexpensive construction even if it has a small thickness. Therefore, a movable iron piece 20 is rotated by excitation or non-excitation of an electromagnet, a movable contact piece 43 is elastically deformed through a card 21, and a movable contact 46 opens and closes fixed contacts of fixed contact pieces. The movable iron piece 20 is provided with a card pressing portion 36 capable of pressing the card 21. The card 21 is provided with a contact piece pressing portion 37 capable of pressing the movable contact piece 43 by being rotated around a fulcrum. At least one of the movable iron piece and the card is provided with a press position changing portion, wherein when rotating the movable iron piece 20, force transmission from the movable iron piece 20 to the card 21 is performed at a position more distant from a press position by the card pressing portion 36 of the iron piece 20 with respect to the fulcrum, and then performed by the card pressing portion 36.

    摘要: An electrical connector has lead lines each having a core line and a cover layer each electrically connecting a connection terminal with a clamped part and a compression terminal both affixed to a main body. One end part of each lead line is affixed to the clamped part of a corresponding connecting terminal and the other end parts of the lead lines are pressed together simultaneously into corresponding ones of the compression terminals while the lead lines are supported by guide members having indentations such that the load on the clamped parts can be reduced as lead lines are forced into slits formed in the compression terminals and their cover layers are removed such that the core lines and the compression terminals come to contact each other.
