摘要： A carboximide derivative represented by the general formula: ##STR1## wherein X is ##STR2## Z is alkyl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, alkenyl or arylalkenyl, and Y is a substituted or unsubstituted pyridyl, pyrimidyl or phenyl group, and a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof. The carboximide derivative and acid addition salt are useful for treating diabetes and also for depressing the central nervous system. The carboximide derivative may be produced by reacting a sodium alkoxide represented by the general formula: ##STR3## wherein X and Y have the same meanings as defined above, with Z.Hal wherein Hal is a halogen and Z has the same meaning as defined above.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a polyolefin resin dispersion composition in which the dispersed resin is stable to water or a hydrophilic substance, and which has an adhesive property to nonpolar substrates, in particular poorly adhesive polyolefin-based substrates whose surface has not been treated, is excellent in a coating property, exhibits an excellent adhesive property through drying and press bonding with heat at a temperature in a wide range regardless of whether the temperature is low or high, is excellent in water resistance and gasohol resistance and is less tacky. That is, the present invention provides the dispersed resin composition containing (a) a polyolefin resin, (b) a (meth)acrylic acid homopolymer or copolymer having a side chain comprising an esterified alkyl group, (c) a basic substance and (d) water or a hydrophilic substance, and a process for producing the same.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide: a dispersion resin composition for use in a paint, an ink, an adhesive, or a primer that each contains an alcohol or an ether, and which exhibits excellent water dispersibility and can maintain excellent dispersion stability, even when the dispersion resin composition is added to a material containing an organic solvent such as an alcohol or an ether, or even when an organic solvent is added to the dispersion resin composition; and a composition of a paint, an ink, an adhesive or a primer that each contains the dispersion resin composition.In other words, the present invention provides a dispersion resin composition for use in a paint, an ink, an adhesive, or a primer that each contains an alcohol and/or an ether comprising: (a) a polyolefin-based resin containing a polymer mainly composed of olefin monomer units, (b) a nitrogen-containing polyoxyalkylene derivative, (c) a basic substance and (d) water, and also provides a composition of a paint, an ink, an adhesive or a primer, each of which contains the dispersion resin composition.

摘要： A novel human antithrombin III (AT III) mutant having a high antithrombin activity in the absence of heparin and effective in the treatment of thrombotic disorders as an anticoagulant, which is obtained by mutating amino acids at the reactive site and the heparin binding site of human AT III into another amino acids with the use of the recombinant DNA technology with the use of a DNA coding for AT III as a template. The invention also relates to a method for mass producing the above-described mutant by incubating a host transformed by an expression vector having the cDNA of the mutant inserted therein.
