摘要： A novel human antithrombin III (AT III) mutant having a high antithrombin activity in the absence of heparin and effective in the treatment of thrombotic disorders as an anticoagulant, which is obtained by mutating amino acids at the reactive site and the heparin binding site of human AT III into another amino acids with the use of the recombinant DNA technology with the use of a DNA coding for AT III as a template. The invention also relates to a method for mass producing the above-described mutant by incubating a host transformed by an expression vector having the cDNA of the mutant inserted therein.

摘要： In a foamer dispenser, a depressing head includes: a head main unit with a top wall portion arranged above the stem and with an attachment cylindrical portion that extends downwardly from the top wall portion and is attached to the stem; and an exterior cylindrical portion that is provided beneath the top wall portion and surrounds the attachment cylindrical portion and the guide cylindrical portion from an outer side in a radial direction. An inside of the exterior cylindrical portion is communicable with an inside of the cylinder for air through an inside of the guide cylindrical portion. The head main unit and the exterior cylindrical portion are formed as separate entities and are fitted to each other. In an upper end portion of the exterior cylindrical portion, intake holes are formed that penetrate through the exterior cylindrical portion in a radial direction and open toward an upward direction.

摘要： An image processing apparatus includes an obtaining section, a detection section, a first identification section and a second identification section. The obtaining section obtains image data of a first picked-up image and a second picked-up image picked up by an image pickup section. The detection section detects a brightness change region where brightness changes at predetermined time intervals in the first picked-up image on the basis of the obtained image data of the first picked-up image. The first identification section performs straight line detection processing on the obtained image data of the second picked-up image to detect a straight line, so as to identify a candidate straight line in a corresponding region corresponding to the brightness change region. The second identification section identifies a quadrilateral region including the candidate straight line as an extraction candidate region in the second picked-up image.

摘要： In a heating cooking device, a machine chamber is provided adjacent to a heating chamber for housing a food product. An air supply port is provided in a partition wall that separates the heating chamber and the machine chamber. An air supply fan is provided in the machine chamber, for supplying air to the heating chamber through the air supply port. An air supply damper is provided in the machine chamber, for opening and closing the air supply port. A control unit drives the air supply fan and brings the air supply damper into an open state during high-frequency heating of the food product. The control unit brings the air supply damper into a closed state simultaneously with completion of high-frequency heating of the food product or immediately before or immediately after the completion.

摘要： A battery connection plate has a plurality of bus bars provided on a base plate section and is to be attached to a battery assembly containing a stacked plurality of batteries so that the bus bars are connected to terminals on the batteries. The base plate section has a wiring member attachment section to which a plurality of signal output wires connected to the bus bars can be wired, and window sections through which bosses can be inserted are formed on wiring paths of the signal output wires at the wiring member attachment section. The signal output wires are wired so as to bypass or wind around the bosses inserted into the window sections, and then the bosses are pulled out from the window sections, and thereby surplus length sections are formed on the signal output wires.
