    摘要: A thermal resistant resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of polyester (A) having 25-75% by weight of a lactic acid component consisting of 25-75% by weight of a lactic acid-based polymer (a1) and 25-75% by weight of other aliphatic polyester (a2) having a melting point of 100-250.degree. C., and 0.1-70 parts by weight of a crystalline inorganic filler (B) containing 10% by weight or more of SiO.sub.2. The thermal resistant resin composition of the invention performs following function:1) injection molding can be carried out at a mold temperature of Tg or less or around room temperature with a short molding-cycle,2) quick crystallization velocity and satisfactory crystallinity can be attained in the molding step, and3) the molded articles have, as a result, excellent thermal resistance and generate properties of low deterioration of a high polymer component and slow embrittlement in use.

    摘要: The invention provides an aliphatic polyester resin composition that contains 100 parts by weight of an aliphatic polyester resin and from 10 to 60 parts by weight of at least one compound of a formula (1): wherein n indicates an integer of from 1 to 9, R1 to R4 each independently represent an alkyl group having from 1 to 17 carbon atoms, and when n is 2 or more, R3 may differ in different units, a film formed of the composition, and packages with the film. The aliphatic polyester film of the invention keeps the degradability in the natural environment that is intrinsic to lactic acid-based polymer, and has good heat resistance, flexibility, transparency and adhesiveness, and, in addition, the plasticizer does not migrate to the surface of the film.

    摘要: A lactic acid-based resin composition containing a mixture of (A) a mixture of (a1) polylactic acid and (a2) an aliphatic polyester, and (B) an aliphatic block co-polyester having a polylactic acid segment and an aliphatic polyester segment, wherein the aliphatic block co-polyester (B): (1) contains a lactic acid component in an amount of from 20 to 80 wt % in terms of monomer, (2) has a weight average molecular weight of 1,000 or more and less than 60,000, and (3) has a weight average molecular weight of the polylactic acid segment of from 500 to 55,000 and a weight average molecular weight of the aliphatic polyester segment of from 500 to 55,000. A molded article formed from the composition can be a film, a sheet, a filament.

    摘要: To provide a lactic acid polymer composition excellent in transparency, heat resistance and productivity, a molded article, a sheet and a multilayer sheet each of which comprises the composition, a thermoformed article obtained by secondary-forming the sheet or the multilayer sheet, and a process for producing the thermoformed article with excellent productivity. The lactic acid polymer composition of the invention comprises 100 parts by weight of a lactic acid polymer (A), 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of an organic crystal nucleating agent (B) comprising an aliphatic carboxylic acid amide having an amide bond, and 0.1 to 7 parts by weight of a crystallization accelerator (C). The thermoformed article of the invention is obtained with excellent production efficiency by thermoforming the sheet comprising the composition of the invention at a temperature of 60 to 130° C.

    摘要: A resin composition comprising: 30 to 95 parts by weight of a biodegradable polylactic acid resin (A), and 70 to 5 parts by weight of a specified polyalkylene carbonate (B), providing that the sum of components (A) and (B) is 100 parts by weight. The invention provides an excellent resin composition which is biodegradable, transparent, flexible and has gas barrier properties and which is free from the occurrence of bleedout with the passage of time. Further, the resin composition of the invention is excellent in moldability, so that a variety of molded articles can be produced by various molding techniques and put to practical use. The resultant molded articles, when disposed of after use, exhibit high biodegradability in natural environment.
