摘要： A recording material comprising (i) an addition polymerizable compound having at least one ethylenic unsaturated double bond, (ii) a photopolymerization initiator composition and (iii) at least one component capable of causing a color reaction, wherein components (i), (ii) and (iii) are contained in microcapsules; and wherein said photopolymerization initiator composition (ii) comprises the following components (a), (b) and (c), whereby the light sensitivity of the recording material is improved:(a) a photo-absorbent having a molecular extinction coefficient of 10.sup.3 or more at a maximum absorption wavelength;(b) a hexaaryl-biimidazole; and(c) a heterocyclic mercapto compound of general formula (I): ##STR1## where Z is a non-metallic atomic group for formation of a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic nucleus.

摘要： A photopolymerizable composition is described, comprising (1) a non-gaseous ethylenically unsaturated compound which has at least two ethylenically unsaturated terminal groups and is capable of forming a polymer, (2) a thermoplastic polymeric binder, (3) a photopolymerization initiator which is activated by actinic radiation, and (4) at least one of certain heterocyclic compounds. The composition is useful as a photoresist for producing printed circuit boards, printing plates, etc., by etching or plating, and the photoresist has superior adhesion with respect to the base.

摘要： A photopolymerizable composition is described, comprising an addition polymerizable unsaturated compound having at least two ethylenically unsaturated double bonds in the molecule, a photopolymerzation initiator, and a binder, said binder being a copolymer composed of at least one recurring unit of group (A), at least one recurring unit of group (B), and at least can recurring unit of group (C), and having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 to 5,000,000, wherein(A) is a methacrylate or benzyl methacrylate unit having a glass transition point of the homopolymer of higher than 50.degree. C. and having an alkyl group having from 3 to 10 carbon atoms,(B) is an acrylate unit having a glass transition point of the homopolymer of lower than 110.degree. C. and having an alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and(C) is an .alpha.,.beta.-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid unit, and whereinthe content of the component of group (A) is from 5 to 70 mol %, the content of the component of group (B) is from 5 to 70 mol %, and the content of the component of group (C) is from 20 to 60 mol %, provided that the total content of the components of groups (A), (B) and (C) is 100 mol %.

摘要： A photopolymerizable composition which comprises as main ingredients (1) a non-gaseous ethylenic unsaturated compound which has at least two ethylenic unsaturated groups and forms a polymer by the aid of a photopolymerization initiator, (2) a thermoplastic organic polymer binder, (3) a photopolymerization initiator which is activated by activating light, and (4) a derivative of a thiohydrazide compound or at least one derivative of a carbothio acid amide. This composition forms a photoresist for producing printed circuit boards, printing plates, etc., by etching or plating. The photoresist has superior adhesion with respect to the base.

摘要： A display such as meter panel and advertising display comprises a color image forming layer provided on a light-transmitting permanent support via a photo-polymerizable adhesive layer, and a photo-polymerizable image-receiving layer closely adhered to the color image forming layer. The display can be effectively produced by a process comprising the steps of forming a color image on a photo-polymerizable image-receiving layer of a photosensitive image-receiving material, placing it upon a photo-polymerizable adhesive layer formed on a light-transmitting permanent support to form a laminate so that the photo-polymerizable image-receiving layer and the photo-polymerizable adhesive layer face each other and then exposing the laminate to light so as to closely adhere the photo-polymerizable image-receiving layer and the photo-polymerizable adhesive layer to their adjacent layers, respectively, by the photo-polymerization. By this method, the adhesion between the photo-polymerizable image-receiving layer and the light-transmitting permanent support is improved.
