    摘要： The invention relates to a silane/filler preparation, consisting essentially of from 5 to 70% by weight of at least one silane corresponding to the following formulaX.sub.p --C.sub.m H.sub.2m+1-p SiR.sub.n.sup.1 (OR).sub.3-n, Iin whichX=a halogen atom, preferably chlorine or bromine,p=1 or 2,m=1 to 5,R.sup.1 =a C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkyl group, C.sub.5 -C.sub.8 -cycloalkyl group or a phenyl group,R=a C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 -alkyl group, a C.sub.5 -C.sub.8 -cycloalkyl group, a phenyl group, a benzyl group or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 -alkoxy-C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 -alkyl group, andn=0, 1 or 2,and--respectively balanced to 100%--from 95 to 30% by weight of at lesat one inorganic filler, preferably carbon black and silicate fillers as, e.g., silica. There is also disclosed a process for the production of the silane/filler preparation and its use in optionally cross-linkable polymeric moulding compositions or vulcanizable or cross-linkable rubber moulding compositions such as sulphur-vulcanizable moulding compositions based on natural rubber and/or synthetic rubber.

    摘要： There are prepared nitrogen containing alkoxysilanes of the formula (RO).sub.3-n (CH.sub.3).sub.n Si(CH.sub.2).sub.m NHCON.sub.3 in which R is an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, n is 0, 1 or 2 and m is 1, 2 or 3 by a process comprising dissolving in an inert solvent an isocyanate group containing silane of the formula (RO).sub.3-n (CH.sub.3).sub.n Si(CH.sub.2).sub.m N.dbd.C.dbd.O in which R, n and m are as defined above and reacting the silane with a water free hydrogen nitride or with hydrogen halide and an alkali metal-alkaline earth metal-, or ammonium azide at a temperature between 0.degree. C. and the boiling point of the inert solvent. The compounds are useful in making phosphinimines.

    摘要： There are prepared vulcanizable rubber containing mixtures comprising at least one halogen rubber, at least one silicate filler in an amount of 1 to 250 parts by weight, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide or lead oxide in an amount of 0.1 to 15 parts by weight, sulfur in an amount of 0 to 15 parts by weight, stearic acid or other higher fatty acid, benzoic acid or salicylic acid in an amount of 0 to 10 parts by weight, at least one vulcanization accelerator in an amount of 0 to 10 parts by weight, at least one plasticizer in an amount of 0 to 100 parts by weight, at least one stabilizer from the group consisting of antiagers, fatigue inhibitors, antioxidants, light protecting agents and ozone protecting agents in an amount of 0 to 10 parts by weight, carbon black in an amount of 0 to 150 parts by weight and at least one organosilane having the formulaX--C.sub.m H.sub.2m --SiR.sub.n.sup.1 (OR).sub.3-n,while X is chlorine, bromine or iodine, m is a number from 1 to 5, R.sup.1 is a C.sub.1 to C.sub.5 -alkyl group, a C.sub.5 --C.sub.8 -cycloalkyl group or the phenyl group, R is a C.sub.1 to C.sub.8 alkyl group, a C.sub.5 to C.sub.8 -cycloalkyl group, the methoxyethyl group, the phenyl group or the benzyl group and n is 0, 1 or 2, in an amount of 0.1 to 20 parts by weight, all amounts being based on 100 parts by weight of the halogen rubber.

    摘要： A rubber composition is disclosed containing an ethylene-propylene-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber (or a blend of an ethylene-propylene-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber and a diene rubber), a specific alkoxysilane compound, and amorphous silica powder having a specific surface area of 50 to 100 m2/g (BET adsorption). The vulcanized rubber is prepared by vulcanizing such a rubber composition. The rubber composition is excellent in dynamic characteristics and also in mechanical characteristics, dynamic fatigue resistance and thermal aging resistance. It also can provide a vulcanized rubber having the above-mentioned effects.
