    摘要： Disclosed herein is a pharmacophore model for inhibiting Botulinum neurotoxin A metalloprotease activity which comprises a first plane A, a second plane B, a first hydrophobic moiety C, a second hydrophobic moiety D and a positive ionizable substituent E. The pharmacophore model may further comprise a heteroatom in the first plane A. In some embodiments, the distance between the center of the first plane A and the center of the second plane B is about 6.5 to about 9.5 Å. In some embodiments, the distance between the center of the first hydrophobic moiety C and the center of the second hydrophobic moiety D is about 8.0 to about 16.0 Å. In some embodiments, the distance between the center of the first plane to the center of the first hydrophobic moiety C is about 3.0 to about 5.0 Å. In some embodiments, the distance between the center of the second plane to the center of the second hydrophobic moiety C is about 3.0 to about 5.0 Å. In some embodiments, the distance between the center of the first plane to the center of the positive ionizable substituent is about 6.5 to about 9.5 Å.

    摘要： An oscillating positive expiratory pressure device comprising a housing enclosing at least one chamber, a chamber inlet configured to receive exhaled air into the at least one chamber, and a chamber outlet configured to permit exhaled air to exit the at least one chamber. A channel is positioned in an exhalation flow path between the chamber inlet and the chamber outlet, with the channel being moveably connected to a chamber of the at least one chamber. An air flow regulator is moveable with respect to the channel between a first position, where the flow of air through the channel is restricted and a second position, where the flow of air through the channel is less restricted, the air flow regulator being configured to repeatedly move between the first position and the second position in response to a flow of exhaled air.

    摘要： An indicating device suitable for indicating the number of dosages of a substance that have been dispensed from or remain in a container. The indicating device includes an indicator member having an outwardly facing first surface with indicia visible to a user and an opposite inwardly facing surface having a plurality of teeth. The first surface further includes a groove. A cover is disposed over at least a portion of the first surface of the indicator member such that only a portion of the indicia are visible at any one time. The cover includes an inwardly extending projection disposed in the groove. The indicator member is rotatable relative to the cover with the projection being moveable in the groove as the indicator member is rotated relative to the cover. In another aspect, a rotatable member is rotatable relative to an outer cover. An intermediate member is moveable relative to the outer cover and the rotatable member so as to obscure at least a portion of the surface of the rotatable member that would be otherwise visible through the viewing window. At least one of the surfaces of the rotatable member and intermediate member have dosage indicia.
