摘要: In atmospheric-pressure plasma processing, fluctuation of a recovery rate or a recovery concentration of a fluorine raw material is restrained to secure stability of processing.Exhaust gas led out from an atmospheric-pressure plasma processing part 2 to an exhaust line 30 is separated by a separation membrane 41 of a separation part 4 into collected gas for a recovered line 50 and release gas for a release line 60. The collected gas is utilized as at least a part of processing gas. At the time of the separation, physical quantity (preferably pressure) of at least two gases of the collected gas, the release gas and the exhaust gas related to the separation are regulated according to flow rate of the processing gas so that either one or both of a recovery rate or a recovery concentration of a fluorine raw material are as desired.

摘要: The present invention is a cosmetic product counseling system in which a user terminal is provided with skin diagnostic equipment for measurement of the skin of customers. Cosmetic products suited for the customers are selected based on skin condition data obtained from the skin diagnostic equipment before selecting a cosmetic product and attribute data entered from the user terminal which are in the server. A product selection DB is provided in which product matrices linking each item contained in the skin condition data and product characteristics of the cosmetics are stored. Then, based on result skin condition data indicating skin condition of the customer after using the selected cosmetic product and usage evaluation data entered by the customer responding to a questionnaire, the cosmetic product is reselected until a predetermined satisfaction rating is obtained from the customer.

摘要: An acceleration sensor in which a regulation plate is fixed with adhesive onto a support frame of a sensor chip of the sensor to limit the movement of a mass portion of the sensor chip within a predetermined gap range. In the acceleration sensor, the adhesion area of the adhesive can be controlled to a predetermined value to prevent a variation of the sensitivity due to the variation of the adhesion area. The sensor chip comprises the mass portion, the frame surrounding the mass portion and having on an upper surface of the frame a plurality of the recesses to fill adhesive into, elastic support arms bridging the mass portion and the frame, and strain gauges formed on the elastic support arms. The regulation plate is fixed with paste onto the frame with the predetermined gap with an upper surface of the mass portion. The paste contains hard plastic balls, of a diameter larger than the predetermined gap, mixed with adhesive. The adhesive is preferably of silicon-rubber resin.

摘要: A cartridge transporting apparatus in which a disk cartridge inserted from an insertion opening is loaded into a cartridge holder in an x-direction in a three-dimensional coordinate and the cartridge holder is transported to a reproducing position in a z-direction perpendicular to the x-direction. The cartridge transporting apparatus comprises a driving roller for transporting the cartridge in its contact with a lower face of the cartridge into the cartridge holder in the x-direction, and a holder transporting mechanism for transporting the cartridge holder in the z-direction. The driving roller continues to rotate also after the holder transporting mechanism starts to transport the cartridge holder toward the reproducing position. In this configuration, the cartridge can be transported reliably.

摘要: A polyphenylene ether resin composition containing (A) 100 parts by weight of a polyphenylene-ether-base resin composed of 100-60 wt. % of a polyphenylene ether resin and 0-40 wt. % of a polystyrene resin and (B) 1-40 parts by weight of a dicarboxylic acid ester copolymer obtained from a vinyl monomer and an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid ester as copolymerizable components. The dicarboxylic acid ester copolymer has a weight average molecular weight not greater than 60,000. The polyphenylene ether resin composition, if necessary, can further comprise (C) 1-40 parts by weight of conductive carbon or an A-B-A' type or A-B'-B" type block copolymer elastomer. Owing to its excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance and moldability, the resin composition is useful in the fields of automotive vehicles, home electronic or electric appliances and industrial parts or components.

摘要: In an address selecting circuitry for a semiconductor memory device including a matrix of memory cells arrayed in rows and columns, an address input signal A.sub.i for any given bit of address data is applied to a single address signal setting circuit to produce a set of two different logic signals a.sub.i and a.sub.i in accordance with the state of the address input signal, and the set of logic signals a.sub.i and a.sub.i are supplied to a row decoder driving circuit as well as a column decoder driving circuit which are connected to row and column decoder circuits respectively. The row and column decoder driving circuits are driven by row and column decoder drive timing signals respectively to drive selected row and column decoders so that predetermined row and column lines are selected.
