摘要: Disclosed is a reflective anode electrode for an organic EL display, which comprises a novel Al-based alloy reflective film. The reflective anode electrode is capable of assuring low contact resistance and high reflectance even in cases where the Al reflective film is in direct contact with an oxide conductive film such as an ITO or IZO film. In addition, when the Al reflective film is formed into a laminated structure together with the oxide conductive film, the work function of the surface of the upper oxide conductive film is equally high with the work function of a laminated structure that is composed of a general-purpose Ag-based alloy film and an oxide conductive film. Specifically disclosed is a reflective anode electrode for an organic EL display, which is formed on a substrate and characterized by comprising a laminated structure that is composed of an Al-based alloy film containing 0.1-6% by atom of Ag and an oxide conductive film that is formed on the Al-based alloy film so as to be in direct contact with the Al-based alloy film.

摘要: A contact probe includes a base material, a carbon film provided on a tip of the contact probe and configured to contact with an electrode, and an intermediate layer provided between the carbon film and the base material. The carbon film includes a metal element. A concentration of the metal element in the carbon film surface is lower than an average concentration of the metal element in a whole of the carbon film. The carbon film further includes: a plurality of layers, each of the plurality of layers having a uniform concentration of the metal element along a direction of a thickness of the carbon film; a layer in which the concentration of the metal element is continuously changed along a direction of a thickness of the carbon film; or both thereof.

摘要: Depth-of-field information is obtained from an image signal input from an external image source according to a predetermined acquisition timing. An image signal processing unit performs an image quality adjustment such that an edge enhancement level in an edge enhancement processing is increased adaptively with increasing depth of field of an image whereby the total quality of the image displayed is improved.

摘要: A radio reception device for vehicle 100 (200) includes a variable phase shifter 22, an amplitude regulator 23, and an adder 24, and has an arrangement in which a signal of an RF, IF, or baseband stage of a radio receiver mixed with a noise is added to a phase-inverted component of the noise to remove only the noise. Therefore, sound distortion due to loss of sound information does not occur so that a quality sound can be provided.

摘要: It is intended to provide a membrane structure element that can be easily manufactured, has an excellent insulating property and high quality; and a method for manufacturing the membrane structure element. The manufacturing method is for manufacturing a membrane structure element including a membrane formed of a silicon oxide film and a substrate which supports the membrane in a hollow state by supporting a part of a periphery of the membrane. The method includes: a film formation step of forming a heat-shrinkable silicon oxide film 13 on a surface of a silicon substrate 2 by plasma CVD method; a heat treatment step of performing a heat treatment to cause the thermal shrinkage of the silicon oxide film 13 formed on the substrate 1; and a removal step of removing a part of the substrate 2 in such a manner that a membrane-corresponding part of the silicon oxide film 13 is supported as a membrane in a hollow state with respect to the substrate 2 to form a recessed part 4.
