    摘要： An information processing apparatus includes input means for inputting data such as characters or symbols, a display device for displaying the input data successively, an information memory for storing information corresponding to the input data, retrieving means for retrieving information corresponding to the input data from the information memory, display means for displaying information which is retrieved by the retrieving means to a position corresponding to a position at which the input data is displayed in the display device, and instruction means for indicating the completion of input of at least one input data, instructing the retrieving means to conduct a processing for retrieving information concerning the input data, and instructing the display means to conduct a processing for displaying the information retrieved by the retrieving means.

    摘要： Disclosed is a data entry keyboard which has a multitude of depressible keys which are selectively depressed for the entry of predetermined data. In the keyboard, an insulating member is sandwiched between a first substrate having stationary electrodes and a flexible second substrate having movable electrodes. The stationary and movable electrodes face one another through apertures formed in the insulating member. Upper and lower marginal surface portions of the insulating member, including the respective peripheral edges of the apertures, are kept parallel to the first and second substrates corresponding thereto by a plurality of protuberances on the substrates so that voids with a predetermined width are left between the marginal surface portions and the individual substrates. The movable electrodes of the second substrate are electrically fixed, in the form of a cantilever each, to the extreme end portions of branch conductor strips which diverge from a main conductor strip at right angles thereto. When one of the keys is depressed, the second substrate is deformed to narrow the corresponding void, thus bringing the corresponding movable and stationary electrodes into contact with each other.

    摘要： A planar thin film magnetic head is disclosed wherein an axis of easy magnetization in the vicinity of a magnetic gap of a magnetic yoke is forcibly made coincident with the direction of a track width by a magnetic field due to current flowing in a conductor layer. Accordingly, even though the track width is small, a high magnetic permeability, low Barkhausen noise and linear responsiveness can be realized to thereby improve the sensitivity, output and linearity. In another aspect of the invention, a throat portion is eliminated from a thin film magnetic core forming a magnetic gap. The thin film magnetic core is configured such that a pair of magnetic members constituting the magnetic core are diverged from the magnetic gap so that a divergent angle .theta., of first opposite side edges of the magnetic members, from a direction of the gap length of the magnetic gap, is set to the range of 30.degree..ltoreq..theta..ltoreq.80.degree., and the magnetic members have second opposite side edges extending in substantially parallel to the direction of the gap length of the magnetic gap. Accordingly, even though a track width is reduced less than 10 .mu.m, adjoining crosstalk or off track crosstalk can be avoided to thereby realize low-noise and high quality reproduction and improve the operating characteristics.

The auxiliary yoke has a rectangular opening for exposing a tip surface of the main pole to the opposite surface. An end surface of the opening faces the main pole in noncontact therewith through a predetermined gap.
