    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method of a first radio device in non-network assisted device-to-device (D2D) communication with a second radio device using a first frequency resource and a first communication protocol. The method comprises determining that the first radio device is within coverage of a cellular network. The method also comprises connecting to the cellular network. The method also comprises sending a message to the second radio device, informing said second radio device that the first radio device is within coverage of the cellular network. The method also comprises receiving a message from the cellular network comprising information about a second frequency resource and a second communication protocol. The method also comprises initiating a handover of the D2D communication from the first frequency resource and communication protocol to the second frequency resource and communication protocol.

    摘要: There is provided association of a radio access technology, RAT, supported by a wireless device, WD, with a first service. The WD supports at least a first RAT, a second RAT and a third RAT. The second RAT supports a first service and a second service, the first RAT supports the first service but not the second service, and the third RAT supports at least the first service. An indicator that the second service is to be associated with the second RAT is acquired. An indicator that said third RAT is available for use is acquired. Channel measurements for at least one of the second RAT and the third RAT are acquired. The first service is associated with one of the second RAT and the third RAT based on the acquired channel measurements.

    摘要: A method of a first wireless communication device adapted to perform network assisted device-to-device communication is disclosed, wherein a device-to-device communication connection comprises a device-to-device communication link between the first wireless communication device and a second wireless communication device and a device-to-network communication link between the first wireless communication device and a network node. The method comprises monitoring a synchronization of the device-to-device communication link and transmitting a device-to-device communication link report to the network node over the device-to-network communication link if the synchronization of the device-to-device communication link is lost. The method also comprises monitoring a synchronization of the device-to-network communication link and adapting) a communication of the device-to-device communication link if the synchronization of the device-to-network communication link is lost. Corresponding computer program product, arrangement and wireless communication device are also disclosed.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and device for performing automatic gain control of a received signal. The method comprises the steps of receiving (S101) the signal and amplifying the received signal on the basis of a difference between a power reference value and actual power of the amplified signal. The method further comprises the steps of determining (S102) signal-to-interference ratio of the received signal and controlling (S103) amplification such that the amplified signal attains a target power level by further taking into account the determined signal-to-interference ratio, which target power level is increased as the determined signal-to-interference ratio decreases.

    摘要: There is provided a method, performed by a network node associated with at least two wireless communication devices, for scheduling packet transmission over a radio-based medium. The method comprises sensing (S1) the radio-based medium by estimating a received signal level, and evaluating (S2), for each of the at least two wireless communication devices, whether the radio-based medium is accessible or free for transmission based on comparing the received signal level to a respective threshold associated with the considered wireless communication device. The method further comprises scheduling (S3) packet transmission over the radio-based medium based on the evaluating, for each of the at least two wireless communication devices, whether the radio-based medium is accessible or free for transmission.

    摘要: A method in a first user equipment for adjusting a beacon signal to be detected by at least one second user equipment in a wireless telecommunications network is provided. The beacon signal is transmitted in order to enable an establishment of Device-to-Device, D2D, communication between the first user equipment and the at least one second user equipment.
