The disadvantages of motors with pulse-width-modulated control of the field windings can be avoided with simplified motor control in that the DC supply voltage is supplied to a DC transformer whose output voltage for the semiconductor output stages with the field windings changes as a function of the setpoint and that the control unit fully activates the semiconductor output stages continuously with unclocked control signals with the commutation frequency independently of the setpoint.

The plug-in module is configured with a plug which has a plug housing made of plastic having partially injection-embedded plug contacts and motor contacts, a seal for sealing the plug against a drive housing of the window lift and a receptacle for at least one support element for electronic components being integrated. This support element makes electrical contact with the connector sections of the contact elements and the motor contacts upon insertion into the receptacle. The window lift is preferably used in automotive engineering.

As air flows through the shut off valve, contaminations entrained in the shut off valve may deposit in the shut-off valve, so that it will no longer close tightly. For this reason, a particle filter has been arranged in front of the shut-off valve. The particle filter is of a large surface area which is integrated in the housing of the adsorption filter, thus contamination of the shut-off valve (51) and an excessive pressure drop of the air flowing through the particle filter (41) is avoided. The integrated construction facilitates a simple assembly of the adsorption filter (41) which is suitable for internal combustion engines in motor vehicles.
