    摘要： A ventilation or CPAP interface system adapted to be inserted into a nares of a user to secure the interface. A cannula adapted to be connected to a source of ventilation gas forms a first portion of an input gas flow passage to supply the ventilation gas to the user. A nasal insert adapted to be inserted the nares of the user forms a second portion of the input gas flow passage from the cannula to a distal end of the nasal insert. A seal portion adapted to engage a portion of the first naris is provided adjacent the distal end of the nasal insert. Ventilation interface system may optionally include feed tubes, y-connector, tube holder, headgear and a headgear flange.

    摘要： The invention provides a process and apparatus for the recovery of heat energy from wastewater. Wastewater, for example grey water from a domestic residence, is introduced to a detention chamber, which provides effective decoupling between the introduction of new wastewater and the demand for heat energy from its ultimate application. A heat exchange surface, in contact with the wastewater on one side and a working fluid on the other, extracts heat from the detention chamber through thermal conduction and the working fluid is transferred, via a heat pump, to a second heat exchange surface. The second heat exchange surface, in contact with the working fluid on one side and heat energy storage media on the other, transfers heat energy to the storage media through conduction. Heat energy can then be extracted from the storage media for applications including heating of potable water, or provision of building heating.

Injector 17 supported on the mast inserts coiled tubing into the well, with the injector having an axis 46 offset from the top drive axis and substantially aligned with the axis of the well when the mast is in the coiled tubing position. A powered drive 54 is provided for selectively moving the mast between the threaded tubular position and the coiled tubing position.
