    摘要: A method for joining or repairing a pipe system that comprises a least two pipes made of weldable plastic material, comprising: fitting a sleeve made of weldable plastic material the distance between the two pipes, the sleeve having a length A that exceeds the distance B between the mutually opposing pipes, such as to overlap each pipe end to a given extent C; placing an electrically conductive band around one of the pipes, the band having two ends; connecting the band ends to each other by placing the band ends overlapping each other; fitting the sleeve over and against the pipe and the band, and applying an electric current to the band over a given period of time, thereby heating the band to a determined temperature for a determined time and fusing the band with the plastic surfaces of the pipe and the sleeve lying in abutment therewith to form a welding joint being fully executed around the pipe and inside the sleeve.

    摘要: A heat shrink apparatus for heat shrinking a shrink film to a bladder. The heat shrink apparatus may include a support structure, a bladder support system, and a heat chamber. The bladder support system for supporting the bladder thereon may have two spaced apart parallel rows of a plurality of resilient members pivotally and/or resiliently attached to the support structure. The heat chamber may be hollow with opposing end openings and may have one or more heating elements therein. The heat chamber may translate over the shrink film and the bladder along the support structure between the two spaced apart parallel rows, shrinking the shrink film to the bladder. As the heat chamber translates, it may contact ends of the resilient members, thereby pivoting or deflecting the resilient members from a first position to a second position such that the heat chamber can pass between the two parallel rows.

    摘要: This invention is directed to multiple sealing bars to seal articles moving on a conveyor 2 inside a sleeve 4 that forms a continuous film tube 5. Retracting conveyors act to collapse the tube between the articles so that the collapsed portion of the tube can be sealed. The synchronization of the sealing bars with the movement of retracting conveyors allows for a continuous motion machine where the products inside the film do not stop.
