    摘要: The surgical microscope comprises a stand, an arm movably attached to said stand for sustaining a microscope body, an electric control equipment divided into a plural number of units removably piled up on said stand and a foot switch unit to be used for executing various types of functions. Accommodated in each unit are a function control means having a single specific function or plural specific functions different from those of the other units and an independent power source means connected to said function control means in a relation of 1:1 or in a different combination. The surgical microscope can be designed compact as a whole, has high operability and assures high security during operation. Should a function be lost due to troubles during operation, the surgical microscope prevents the other functions from being influenced by the troubles and allows to speedily restore the lost function.

    摘要: In order to allow the surgical operator and his assistant to make stereoscopic viewing of the region of surgery with a same magnification and in coaxial relationship, the surgical microscope comprises: a common objective lens; a pair of variable magnification optical systems disposed on the image side of the objective lens; and a pair of light beam splitting members disposed on the image side of the pair of variable magnification optical systems, respectively, wherein arrangement is provided so that paired observational optical paths are to be directed to extend respectively in a plurality of directions each having a predetermined angle relative to a plane containing the optical axes of the pair of variable magnification optical systems, within a plane crossing these optical axes at right angles, respectively. The pair of light beam splitting members are constituted as an optical path splitting unit, and the barrel section and the optical path splitting unit are removably coupled to each other.

The index projecting optical system includes an index which is removably inserted in the illuminating light beam emitted from the illuminating light source and transmitted through an objective of the observation optical system, thereby dispensing with any particular light source for measuring a cornea configuration, and a cornea configuration measuring mode and a photographing mode being automatically changeable by automatically detecting the presence or absence of the index within the optical path of the microscope.

    摘要: The inhibitory RNA for inhibiting the expression of ZFAT gene according to this invention is a siRNA comprising a sense RNA having a base sequence of contiguous 20 to 20 bases, preferably 23 to 27 bases, of ZFAT mRNA and an anti-sense RNA having a base sequence complementary to the base sequence of the sense RNA or a shRNA comprising a double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) with the sense RNA connected to the anti-sense RNA via a loop sequence.The inhibitory RNA for inhibiting the expression of ZFAT gene according to this invention decreases a rate of cell proliferation of cancer cells, etc., induces apoptosis of cells including cancer cells, or inhibits an immunoresponse by inhibiting the expression of the ZFAT gene. Therefore, the inhibitory RNA of this invention is useful for development of molecular target agents particularly for cancer cells or immunosuppressive agents.

    摘要: A motor speed regulating circuit includes a speed signal generator for generating a speed signal having a frequency proportional to the speed of the motor, synchronously with the rotation of the motor. A time difference detector is used for detecting a time difference between the period of the speed signal and a predetermined standard time. A control voltage generator is used for generating a speed control voltage to be applied to the motor in accordance with a detected time difference and feedback-controlling the speed of the motor in accordance with the standard time. A starter is used for starting the motor after the motor is stopped. The motor can be reliably restarted after it has been stopped.

    摘要: A drive control system, with PLL control, drives a rotatable multi-phase sensor-less motor by switching a current of a field coil of each phase depending on the rotating phase of the motor. When the motor is driven, a desired phase is selected as a detection phase, and a voltage induced on the coil of the detection phase is detected when power is fed for a predetermined time to the field coils other than the detection phase. A magnetic pole position is detected from the amplitude condition of the detected induced voltage. Based on this detection, the power-feeding phase of the motor drive is determined. Power feeding and pole position detection are performed alternately.
