摘要： In a position control system, the positional deviation between the position of the control point of the controlled object and the target position is corrected in accordance with the change of the relative positional relationship between mechanically related control axes. The control axes include a main shaft stand and a main shaft. The main shaft stand is supported by a column so that it can move in a vertical direction and is driven by the rotation of a screw shaft. The main shaft is provided on the main shaft stand so that the main shaft stand can move in a horizontal direction. The positional deviation of the main shaft from the target position in the vertical direction is calculated in accordance with the horizontal position of the main shaft with respect to the main shaft stand at the time of the position control. The position of the main shaft from the target position in the vertical direction is corrected based on the positional deviation.

摘要： A position control system, capable of correcting the positional deviation between mechanically related control axes. The position control system comprises a structural body having a Y-shaft supported by a fixed member so that two end portions can move in a vertical direction and a main shaft provided in this shaft so that it can move in a horizontal direction, servo motors for driving the two end portions, a servo motor for driving the main shaft, and a control device for performing the servo control of the servo motors. The control device adjusts the positions of the two end portions of the Y-shaft in accordance with the position of the main shaft with respect to the Y-shaft at the position control to correct the positional deviation from the target position of the main shaft in the vertical direction.

摘要： In an outboard motor S, a first drive shaft 31 and a second drive shaft 32 are interlocked by an intermediate gear mechanism 33 including a drive gear 34 mounted on the first drive shaft 31 and a driven gear 35 mounted on the second drive shaft 32. The second drive shaft 32 is supported in an upper bearing 38 and a lower bearing 39 disposed on the upper and the lower side of the driven gear 35. The upper bearing 38 supports an upper end part 32a of the second drive shaft 32 extending upward from the driven gear 35 and the upper bearing 38 is at a vertical position coinciding with that of the drive gear 34. The lower bearing 39 is placed at a position on a lower end part 32b of the second drive shaft 32. The lower end part 32b extends between the driven gear 35 and an input gear 51 included in the output gear mechanism 50. The first drive shaft 31 drives an oil pump 70 for supplying moving parts requiring lubrication and placed in a gear case 13 holding the output gear mechanism 50 interlocked with the second drive shaft 32. The second drive shaft 32 is short and light, the outboard motor can be manufactured at a low manufacturing cost and the oil pump 70 is small.

A blood collecting needle to which a tube is connected is stored in the inner tube. The inner tube comprises an annular seat face which seats on the base end part of a hub formed integrally with the blood collecting needle when the blood collecting needle moves downward. An operation lever extending downward is installed at the side of the lid, and the end part of the operation lever is slightly projected outward. When the blood collecting needle is moved, the inner tube is pulled integrally with the tube by the annular seat face to be slid relative to the outer tube until the end part abuts on the lower end part of an operation hole. Then, the lid is closed and the blood collecting needle is stored in the inner tube.

The tapered part 21a is tapered toward the front. The disposition of the second drive shaft 32 rearward of the first drive shaft 31 enables forming the gear case 13 in a small size and reduces underwater resistance to the gear case 13.

摘要： A radiation-sensitive resin composition including an alkali soluble resin and a quinonediazide compound is provided. The composition is suitable as a positive resist, which effectively restrains the occurrence of scum, and excellent in developability, pattern shape, sensitivity, resolution and focus latitude.
