    摘要: Provided are: an electrically insulating resin sheet for motors, which is used for achieving the insulation between coil wires or between a coil wire and an iron core in a motor, and which has high heat resistance, high electrical insulation performance and a high insulation breakdown voltage; and a process for producing the electrically insulating resin sheet. The electrically insulating resin sheet for motors, which is provided with a porous resin layer comprising a thermoplastic resin, is characterized in that the resin sheet has a relative permittivity of 2.0 or less at 1 GHz. It is preferred that the porous resin layer has an average cell diameter of 5.0 μm or less and contains cells in such an amount that the porosity is 30% or more.

Also, the present invention relates to a method for producing the porous resin sheet, the method including: a gas impregnation step of impregnating a thermoplastic resin composition containing at least a thermoplastic resin with a non-reactive gas under pressure; and after the gas impregnation step, a foaming step of reducing the pressure to foam the thermoplastic resin composition.

The surface 10A is divided into a plurality of sections 124 by a plurality of ridges 2A and 2B with each ridge having a height of 5 μm to 50 μm. At least one of the sections 124 inscribes a circle of a diameter greater than 500 μm.

    摘要: The base material for pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet is constituted of a polyolefin based resin as the major component and is obtained by rolling by means of a calender having a measure capable of individually changing the rotational speed of each calender roll. Examples of the measure capable of individually changing the rotational speed of each calender roll include a measure provided with motors capable of individually driving their respective calender rolls and a measure provided with speed regulators capable of individually regulating their respective calender rolls. It may be employed that the number of calender rolls is four and that the roll arrangement is in the reverse L shape. It is preferable that the base material for pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet contains an inorganic compound together with the polyolefin based resin.

    摘要: A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which comprises a resin film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the film, and which has a concave-convex form containing plural grooves arranged at given intervals in a face of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that is to be stuck onto an adherend, and has a region where the interval of the arrangement of the grooves is 400 μm or more, the tensile modulus of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in the temperature range of 23 to 80° C. being in the range of 30 to 600 MPa. This tape has such an excellent workability that when the tape is stuck onto an adherend, air bubbles escape easily therefrom so as to prevent the generation of defects based on the entrainment of the air bubbles.
