摘要: An electrical energy generating device includes an electrical energy generating element, a first container, a second container, and a liquid having positive and negative ions. The electrical energy generating element includes a first porous electrode, an eggshell membrane, and a second porous electrode stacked on each other in that order. The first container is located on a side of the first porous electrode away from the eggshell membrane. The second container is located on a side of the second porous electrode away from the eggshell membrane. The liquid is located in at least one of the first container and the second container, and the liquid is configured to penetrate from one of the first container and the second container to another through the electrical energy generating element.

摘要: A laser remote control switching system comprises a laser source and a control circuit. The control circuit comprises a power, an electronic device, a first electrode, a second electrode, and a photosensitive element electrically connected in sequence to form a loop. Each of the two nanofiber actuators comprises a composite structure and a vanadium dioxide layer. The composite structure comprises a carbon nanotube wire and an aluminum oxide layer. The aluminum oxide layer is coated on a surface of the carbon nanotube wire, and the aluminum oxide layer and the carbon nanotube wire are located coaxially with each other. The vanadium dioxide layer is coated on a surface of the composite structure, and the vanadium dioxide layer and the composite structure are located non-coaxially with each other.

摘要: An infrared stealth cloth includes a cloth substrate and an infrared light absorber located on the cloth substrate. The infrared light absorber includes a first drawn carbon nanotube film, a second drawn carbon nanotube film, and a third drawn carbon nanotube film stacked on each other. The first drawn carbon nanotube film includes a plurality of first carbon nanotubes substantially extending along a first direction. The second drawn carbon nanotube film includes a plurality of second carbon nanotubes substantially extending along a second direction. The third drawn carbon nanotube film includes a plurality of third carbon nanotubes substantially extending along a third direction. The first direction and the second direction form an angle of about 42 degrees to about 48 degrees, and the first direction and the third direction form an angle of about 84 degrees to about 96 degrees.

摘要: A method for obtaining metallic carbon nanotubes is provided. An insulating substrate comprising hollow portions and non-hollow portions is provided. A plurality of electrodes is formed on a surface of the non-hollow portions. A plurality of carbon nanotubes is formed on a surface of the insulating substrate, and the carbon nanotubes stretch across the hollow portions. The insulating substrate, the plurality of electrodes and the carbon nanotubes are placed into a cavity, and the cavity is evacuated. A voltage is applied between any two electrodes, and photos of carbon nanotubes suspended between the two electrodes are taken. In the photo, darker ones are semiconducting carbon nanotubes, and brighter ones are metallic carbon nanotubes. Finally, the semiconducting carbon nanotubes are removed.
