摘要: A method for making a carbon nanotube field emitter is provided. A carbon nanotube array and a cathode substrate are provided. The carbon nanotube array is heated to form a graphitized carbon nanotube array. A conductive adhesive layer is formed on a surface of the cathode substrate. One end of the graphitized carbon nanotube array is contact with the conductive adhesive layer. The conductive adhesive layer is solidified to fix the graphitized carbon nanotube array on the cathode substrate.

The at least one graphitized carbon nanotube wire comprises a first end and a second end, and the first end is opposite to the second end. The at least two electrodes are welded to fix the first end between the at least two electrodes. welding the at least two electrodes to fix the first end between the at least two electrodes. The second end of the at least one graphitized carbon nanotube wire is exposed from the at least two electrodes as an electron emission end.

摘要: A Tera Hertz reflex klystron includes an electron emission unit, a resonant unit and an output unit. The electron emission is used to emit a plurality of electrons. The electron emission unit defines a first opening. The resonant unit comprises a resonant cavity frame. The resonant cavity frame comprises a top wall and a bottom wall and defines a resonant cavity. The top wall and the bottom wall faces with each other. The bottom wall comprises a bottom opening. The top wall comprises a top opening and at least one outputting hole. The bottom opening and the first opening are merged with each other. The output unit being configured to output Tera Hertz waves. The plurality of electrons are transferred to the output unit from the at least one outputting hole.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a method for making field emission cathode. A microchannel plate is provided. The microchannel plate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The microchannel plate defines a number of holes extending through the microchannel plate from the first surface to the second surface. The plurality of holes are filled with a carbon nanotube slurry. The carbon nanotube slurry is adhered on inner walls of the plurality of holes. The carbon nanotube slurry in the plurality of holes is solidified.

An electron emission unit is sandwiched between the first electrode and the second electrode at each of the number of intersections, wherein the electron emission unit includes a semiconductor layer and an insulating layer stacked together, the semiconductor layer defines a number of holes, the carbon nanotube layer covers the number of holes, and a portion of the carbon nanotube layer is suspended on the number of holes.

摘要: A method for making carbon nanotube field emitter includes providing a carbon nanotube array formed on a surface of a substrate. A plurality of carbon nanotubes of the carbon nanotube array is selected and pulled out a carbon nanotube film by a drawing tool, wherein the carbon nanotube film includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes oriented along a fixed direction. The carbon nanotube film is cut to a plurality of uniform carbon nanotube sub-films along the fixed direction. The plurality of carbon nanotube sub-films is treated to a plurality of carbon nanotube yarns. The plurality of carbon nanotube yarns is fixed on a surface of a conductive base, and cutting off the plurality of carbon nanotube yarns by a laser beam, to form a carbon nanotube field emitter.

The boron nitride layer is coaxially arranged with the carbon nanotube wire. A working temperature of the high temperature resistant wire in the air ranges from 0K to 1600K. A working temperature of the high temperature resistant wire in vacuum ranges from 0K to 2500K. A detector using the high temperature resistant wire is also provided.

摘要: A kind of photosensitive carbon nanotube slurry is disclosed. The photosensitive carbon nanotube slurry includes a first mixture and a second mixture. The first mixture includes carbon nanotubes, conducting particles, and a first organic carrier. The second mixture includes a photo polymerization monomer, a photo initiator, and a second organic carrier. The weight percentage of the first mixture and the second mixture ranges from about 50% to about 80% and about 20% to about 50%, respectively. Methods for making the photosensitive carbon nanotube slurry and methods for making cathode emitters using the photosensitive carbon nanotube slurry are also disclosed.
