摘要: A conductive adhesive comprises main components of a conductive filler and a binder resin, and a content of the conductive filler is in a range from 20 wt % to 70 wt %. It is preferable that at least a part of the conductive filler has protrusions. A dendrite metal filler is especially preferred. When this adhesive is compressed, the resin component is squeezed out, while the conductive filler component remains inside. As a result, the concentration of the conductive filler component is raised inside, and this is useful in connecting the electrodes by scratching the surfaces of the electrodes. No solder is required in forming a conductive adhesive 3 on a substrate electrode 2 of a circuit substrate 1 and also for packaging an electronic element 4. Provided also are a package of an electronic element using the conductive adhesive with improved initial and long-term reliability, and a method of packaging the same.

摘要: An electronic component mounted member includes a circuit board, an electronic component connected to the circuit board and an electrically conductive adhesive interposed between the electronic component and the circuit board. In a joining interface of the electrically conductive adhesive and an electrode of the circuit board, an intermediate layer that is formed of a thermoplastic insulating adhesive with a softening temperature of 100° C. to 300° C. is interposed between the electrically conductive adhesive and the electrode. An electrically conductive filler contained in the electrically conductive adhesive is present partially in the intermediate layer, thus allowing an electrical conduction between the electrically conductive adhesive and the electrode of the circuit board. This electronic component mounted member is used, and when a repair is necessary, a portion of the intermediate layer corresponding to the electronic component to be repaired is heated so as to raise a temperature of this portion to at least a melting point of the thermoplastic insulating adhesive, thereby melting the thermoplastic insulating adhesive. Then, the electronic component is removed with this state maintained.

摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a developing roller, a conveyance roller which conveys a sheet; a driving source which provides a driving force to the developing roller and the conveyance roller, a developing driving gear mechanism which transmits the driving force of the driving source to the developing roller, and a conveyance driving gear mechanism which transmits the driving force of the driving source to the conveyance roller. The developing driving gear mechanism includes a developing driving switching mechanism which causes a rotating direction of the developing roller when the first driving source rotates in a first direction to be same as the rotating direction of the developing roller when the first driving source rotates in a second direction reverse to the first direction.

摘要: An image forming apparatus may include controls for changing a state of a developing roller from a stopped state to a rotating state. The change in state may be used to avoid deterioration of toner and/or a surface of the developing roller. Changes in state may occur at various times including at a timing corresponding to an outside of an image formation area, a timing corresponding to an inside of an image formation area and the like. In one arrangement, a first developing roller may continue to rotate (e.g., during monochrome printing), while one or more other developing rollers are switched between a stopped state and a rotating state. Alternatively or additionally, a roller which is caused to change states may remain stopped between the timing corresponding to a rear end of an image formation area and a timing corresponding to a front end of an immediately subsequent image formation area.

摘要: Provided is a fare box which enables passengers to smoothly pay fares using bills without hesitation even when a bill transportation passage is disabled due to jamming of a bill or a breakdown. Two entrances, which are a bill normal receiving opening and a bill backup receiving opening, are provided as bill receiving openings of the fare box. Either of the bill normal receiving opening and the bill backup receiving opening is allowed to be selectively opened by a shutter member. At normal times, the bill normal receiving opening is put into operation with the shutter member positioned at a normal position. When a bill normal transportation passage has become jammed with a bill, the shutter member is shifted from the normal position to a bypass position on the basis of an operation performed on a bill receiving opening switch lever, whereby the bill backup receiving opening is opened instead of the bill normal receiving opening.
