    摘要: A wind-turbine control device controls a wind turbine generator in which a rotor having a plurality of blades receives wind and rotates. The generator generates electrical power through the rotation of the rotor. The electrical power is supplied to a utility grid, and electric energy to be supplied to the utility grid can be changed according to a change in the frequency of the utility grid. The wind-turbine control device includes a subtracter to calculate a frequency change, which is the difference between a measurement value of the frequency of generated output power of the wind turbine generator and a set value of the frequency of the generated output power of the wind turbine generator. The wind-turbine control device further includes a limiter to limit a change in the electrical power corresponding to the frequency change calculated by the subtracter, based on the rotational speed of the generator.

    摘要: A turbo charger generator (1) generates power with a generator (7) by driving a gas turbine (3) and a compressor (6) with exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine (2). The generated AC power is supplied to an electric power system (12) via a power conversion unit (8). The power conversion unit (8) has a converter (13) for converting AC power into DC power, a unit (18) for estimating a rotor rotation angle θ based on a rotor magnetic flux, and a control unit (15) for coordinate-converting AC current into DC current by using the rotor rotation angle θ as the reference, and controlling the output DC power of the converter (13) such that the magnitude of the DC current is maintained at a target DC current value.

    摘要: Inside of a gas-tight housing, an electric motor, an inverter and a compressor are housed. Further, an intake air pipe is connected to the gas-tight housing. Inside of the gas-tight housing, an intake air flow passage is formed. Further, a connection opening of an outside air induction pipe provided with a flow rate regulating valve is arranged so as to face a suction opening of a compressor. When the delivery air flow rate as well as the delivery air pressure of the compressor is reduced due to the pressure loss and the like of the intake air ‘a’ which passes through the air flow passage and cools the electric motor and the inverter, an outside air ‘o’ of low temperature is induced so that: the capacity shortage as well as the performance deterioration of the compressor is constrained; and the over-heating of the compressor is constrained.
