Content of oligomer, which is equal to or higher than a pentamer, in said HDI trimer is restricted to 0 to 50% by weight, and 3 to 10% by weight of monool is added to said HDI trimer. The polyurethane material is high in breaking elongation, superior in flexural resistance, and not subject to cracks or breaking.
