    摘要: This invention provides a process for producing major histocompatibility antigen class II protein (hereinafter referred to as “MHC class II” for short) which occurs on the surfaces of antigen-presenting cells and the like, and MHC class II-bound materials in which MHC class II, &agr; and/or &bgr; subunit of MHC class II, or a part thereof is bound to a carrier such as beads, fibers and hollow fibers via covalent bond, as well as a module for removing superantigen using the same. This invention also provides a method for detecting or quantifying superantigens using MHC class II or a part thereof having an affinity to the superantigens, as well as an assay kit therefor.

    摘要: A bonded substrate includes a first substrate, a second substrate bonded to the first substrate with adhesive applied to the second substrate, and a checking structure disposed on the first substrate and facing the second substrate. The checking structure includes a bonding surface portion to be adhered to the second substrate with the adhesive and an insufficiency detection surface to detect insufficient adhesion, a height of the insufficiency detection surface being lower than a height of the bonding surface portion. The adhesive does not contact the insufficiency detection surface when an adhesion state of the bonding surface portion to the second substrate with the adhesive is insufficient, and the adhesive contacts the insufficiency detection surface when the adhesion state of the bonding surface portion to the second substrate with the adhesive is sufficient.

    摘要: A measurement kit capable of rapidly and conveniently detecting one type or a plurality of types of target substance(s) simultaneously in a sample and a measurement method therefor are provided. Furthermore, with the kit or the measurement method, disease with which a target substance is associated is diagnosed. The enzyme immunological kit comprises: a support upon the surface of which a substance that recognizes a target substance is immobilized; an enzyme-labeled antibody against the target substance; and a substrate whose reaction product is water-insoluble after the enzyme-labeled antibody is caused to undergo color development; with which the target substance in a sample is detected based on color development on the support surface. Alternatively, the measurement method comprises 2 reaction steps: the incubation step and the color development step, by which a target substance in a sample is detected or the concentration of the target substance in the sample is measured through visual determination of color developed on the support surface after the color development reaction.
