    摘要: There is provided a water sprinkle pipe for a downflow type ice making machine that regulates a flow of ice making water to suppress generation of turbulence and can uniformly supply the ice making water from water sprinkle holes. A water sprinkle pipe (22) comprises: a pipe body (24) that is arranged to extend above an ice making section, has a flow region (38) for the ice making water defined therein, and has one end communicating with a discharge opening of a circulation pump (30); and a plurality of water sprinkle holes (26) provided in a lower surface of the pipe body (24) in an extending direction. A regulation portion (40) protruding from an inner surface of the pipe body (24) to the flow region (38) side to locally narrow the flow region (38) is provided on an upper surface of the pipe body (24) on an upstream side of the upstream-most water sprinkle holes (26). Further, a semicircular regulation portion (42) is formed on a downstream side of the regulation portion (40) in the pipe body (24).

A pump motor PM is mounted on a side of the motor mounting member 36 facing the machine chamber 12, and a pump WP is mounted on a side of the motor mounting member 36 facing the tank housing area 30. The motor mounting member 36 is supported from below by motor support pieces 74 provided in the ice making water tank T.

As a means for achieving the object, there is provided an overflow portion 64 having a wall portion 58 to define a maximum water storage level of ice making water, and a raised-bottom portion 60 to discharge excess ice making water that has overflowed the wall portion 58 to the outside through a discharge port 62 on a side near the outside of a tank portion 52 of an ice making water tank 32. Furthermore, a partition member 68 is removably disposed on the overflow portion 64 side with respect to the disposed position of the circulation pump 14 in the tank portion 52 to divide the inside of the tank portion 52 into two regions, and to allow ice making water near the bottom portion 56 to flow between the two regions. In addition, a float switch 26 is disposed between the partition member 68 and the overflow portion 64 in the tank portion 52.

    摘要: A triaxial acceleration sensor which has a structure including a cover joined to a substrate including a mechanically operable functional unit to be sealed, is adapted in such a way that the joined state can be reliably obtained so as to not interfere with a displacement of the functional unit. A sealing frame is made of a heated polyimide on a periphery of an upper main surface of a substrate provided with a functional unit, and a sealing layer made of a polyimide is formed over an entire lower main surface of a cover. For integrating the substrate and the cover so as to seal the functional unit, the sealing frame and the sealing layer are joined to each other by heating and pressurizing the sealing frame and the sealing layer at a temperature that is about 50° C. to about 150° C. higher than a glass transition temperature of the polyimide while bringing the sealing frame and the sealing layer into contact with each other. In this case, a recess is formed in the vicinity of a portion of the sealing layer to be brought into contact with the sealing frame so that a bump, generated from the sealing layer which is deformed in the joining step, is prevented from protruding toward the functional unit.
