摘要: A method for reforming hydrocarbon-containing feed gas into synthesis gas, involving processing of the feed gas by pre-reforming at least partially converting one or more higher hydrocarbons into methane, and heating the feed gas by exothermic catalytic partial oxidation of hydrocarbons before the introduction thereof into the main reforming zone, and, subsequent to the pre-reforming, reforming the pre-reformed product with the addition of a controlled quantity of an oxidizing agent.

摘要: A process for producing a product containing C3H6 and C2H4 includes simultaneous conversion of MeOH and EtOH in an adiabatic sequentially operated reactor containing a plurality of reaction stages. Each of the plurality of reaction stages of the reactor is provided with a fixed bed of a form-selective catalyst. A gaseous feed stream including MeOH, DME and H2O is charged to at least a first of the reaction stages of the reactor with a temperature in a range of 300 to 600° C. at a pressure in a range of 0.1 to 20 bar[a]. EtOH is fed into at least, one of the reaction stages of the reactor.

摘要: A process and a plant for producing an olefin stream from a hydrocarbon mixture feed stream, wherein the olefin stream is depleted as regards its content of oxygen-containing organic compounds (oxygenates) as compared to the feed stream. The hydrocarbon mixture feed stream is charged to a separation column operated by a thermal separation process, for example to a distillation column, wherein a material stream enriched in oxygenates is withdrawn via a side outlet and removed from the process. The process according to the invention is particularly useful for processing the product streams obtained in the olefin synthesis by an OTO process.

摘要: A cooled reactor for the production of dimethyl ether by catalytic dehydration of methanol in the gas phase, the reactor having an adiabatic catalyst bed as starting zone, a moderator zone cooled by direct or indirect heat exchange, and optionally an adiabatic catalyst bed as conditioning zone. The conversion of methanol to dimethyl ether is increased and the formation of undesired by-products is decreased.

摘要: A method for producing a synthesis-gas product gas and a vapor stream includes catalytic steam reforming a hydrocarbonaceous feedstock in a steam reformer. The hot synthesis-gas product gas stream is cooled in a heat exchanger to form a cooled synthesis-gas product gas stream and a first partial vapor stream, which is supplied to the product vapor stream. The reforming furnace is operated so as to burn a burner feedstock in burners, cool a hot flue gas stream from the burners in a heat exchanger to form a cooled flue gas stream and a second partial vapor stream, and separate the cooled flue gas stream into a waste gas stream and a flue gas recirculation stream. The flow of the recirculated flue gas is increased with decreasing flow of the synthesis-gas product gas to obtain an approximately constant product vapor stream by increasing the second partial vapor stream.

摘要: A process for continuous production of biodiesel from vegetable oils or animal fats by transesterification with methanol or ethanol to give crude fatty acid alkyl esters, subsequent washing with water in a wash column to remove water-soluble impurities, subsequent drying by vaporization of the water content and subsequent removal of steryl glycosides by adsorption onto calcium bentonite, wherein the adsorption column(s) used is/are regenerated in a first step, for desorption of the steryl glycosides, by rinsing with a mixture consisting of fatty acid alkyl esters and methanol or ethanol, and in a subsequent second step, for removal of methanol residues, by rinsing with fatty acid alkyl esters or with gaseous nitrogen or carbon dioxide.

摘要: A method for producing methanol from a synthesis gas containing hydrogen and carbon oxides with a high content of inert components includes passing the synthesis gas through a synthesis reactor so as to catalytically convert a part of the carbon oxides to methanol. The methanol is separated from the obtained mixture from the reactor. The mixture liberated from methanol is separated into a cycle stream and a purge stream. The cycle stream is recirculated so as to form a synthesis circle and combined with a fresh gas stream including hydrogen and carbon oxides before being charged into the synthesis reactor. The purge stream is supplied to a secondary reactor so as to catalytically convert a further part of the hydrogen and carbon oxides to methanol. Further methanol is separated the obtained mixture including synthesis gas, inert components and methanol vapor.

Embodiments of the invention include a device for degassing liquid sulphur having a container comprising two adjacent areas, the first area being flooded with liquid sulphur and the second area being flooded with gas, and having at least one device for injecting a gas flow into the first area, characterized by a device for spraying liquid sulphur opening into the second area. Other embodiments are also included herein.
