摘要: In the method for the continuous production of a heat-insulated, corrugated line pipe (1) with at least one inner pipe (2), a corrugated outer jacket of the line pipe is first produced by means of an extruder (27) and a corrugator (28) and the inner pipe arranged in a foil tube together with a foam-forming starting material is guided into the corrugator, in which the outer jacket of the line pipe which has been corrugated before is filled with the heat-insulating foam. The device (10) provided for carrying out the method has a protective pipe (26) by means of which the inner pipe surrounded by the foil tube can be guided separately from the extrusion and corrugation of the outer jacket into the corrugator.

摘要: Thermally insulated pipes including thermal insulation, outer jacket and medium pipes, wherein the thermal insulation includes a foam having a density of 30-80 kg/m3, the outer jacket includes a thermoplastic plastic (21) having a modulus of 300-1400 MPa and having a corrugated shape. The invention further relates to the use as well as the manufacture of such tubes. Furthermore, the invention relates to composite materials, their use for thermal insulation, as well as their manufacture.

摘要: The invention relates to a corrugated, thermally insulated conduit for fluids, e.g. for district heating networks, wherein at least one medium pipe (2) made of plastic or metal is surrounded by a thermal insulation layer (14), consisting of a polyurethane foam for example. The corrugation (25, 26) of the outer jacket (15) made of plastic is formed such that both the corrugation valleys (25) and the corrugation peaks (26) are round, particularly circular. In addition, the corrugation is dimensioned such that the corrugation depth T lies in a range of 4.5 mm to 8 mm for a conduit outer diameter range of 63 mm to 202 mm. This shaping and dimensioning of the conduit results in very good flexibility and thus the ability to roll up the pipe for the transport thereof.

摘要: A flexible heat-insulated conduit is described, made up of at least one medium-carrying internal tube, an external tube surrounding the at least one internal tube, and a heat-insulating layer based on polyurethane foam or polyisocyanurate foam and located between the at least one internal tube and the external tube, in which 0.1 to 7.5% by weight of hollow spheres are added into the foam, the hollow spheres comprising a casing made of a thermoplastic and being filled with a medium that brings about an inflation of the casing at an elevated temperature.

摘要: The invention relates to the use of special polymer layers as barriers, in particular as barrier layers in composite materials. Suitable polymers for the polymer layer are copolymers consisting of ethylene and vinyl alcohol or consisting of ethylene and carbon monoxide or consisting of ethylene and carbon monoxide and propylene. These barrier layers exhibit a selective barrier effect with respect to different gases, the barrier effect being especially effective with respect to HFOs. On account of these properties, such barrier layers can positively affect insulating properties, for example in thermally insulated pipes.
