摘要: The present invention provides methods and systems for the verification of industrial plant procedures on their compliance to writing manuals. Specific guidelines described in a procedure writing manual are aimed to improve human performance quality of plant personnel. The present invention extracts all significant syntactic and semantic information from procedure documents and verifies each sentence (or phrase) in procedures whether it conforms to all guidelines of the regulated procedure writing manual, utilizing the extracted information. Therefore, the present invention provides procedures free from human error traps to fundamentally prevent an incident incurred from a human error, for the safe and efficient operation of industrial plants.

摘要: A disposable flow velocity measuring device including: a first panel having a flow velocity measuring structure, and having additional micro protrusion patterns formed around the flow velocity measuring structure; a second panel separated from the first panel, and including a fluid channel through which a sample passes; a porous ultra-thin film formed on a portion, at which the first panel and the second panel come in contact with each other, so that the sample passing through the fluid channel does not directly come in contact with the flow velocity measuring structure, thereby separating the first panel and the second panel and removing micro-air bubbles included in the fluid passing through the fluid channel; a non-porous ultra-thin film formed in a partial region of the porous ultra-thin film; and a negative pressure forming unit for applying negative pressure in order to adsorb the first panel and the second panel.

摘要: The present invention relates to a preparation method of a spheroid using human-derived cardiac stem cells and a therapeutic use for ischemic heart disease using the myocardial regeneration effect thereof. The spheroid using the cardiac stem cells provided in the present invention has excellent myocardial differentiation ability and regenerative therapeutic ability as compared to existing cardiac stem cells, and thus may be used for the treatment of ischemic heart disease such as myocardial infarction.

摘要: The present invention relates to a multivalent live influenza vaccine platform using a recombinant adenovirus. The present invention is a live attenuated vaccine platform using a recombinant virus and it is easy to inoculate because it is infected with the respiratory tract like influenza virus and exhibits a vaccine action and it is a multivalent vaccine which combines two types into one and it is a highly novel vaccine that does not need to mix viruses compared to vaccines using multiple combinations of one vaccine. The present invention is the first vaccine in which a gene obtained by fusion of two influenza antigen genes into one gene is incorporated into a recombinant virus. Instead of using the entire HA gene of influenza, but using a structurally independent HA1 gene, which is about half of the total HA gene, several types of HA genes could be fused into one. When the recombinant virus was inoculated into mice by nasal inhalation, it was confirmed that it is an effective vaccine in which the vaccine effect is induced by two inoculations, and the vaccine platform of the present invention is expected to be useful for the development of a vaccine for human influenza infection.

摘要: Incidents involving confidentiality and vigilance against user privacy invasions raise doubts as to current third-party data collection procedures. Personally identifiable information (PII) is being abused for medical data breaches, identity theft, spam, phishing, cyber spying, etc. A great amount of data is flowing from users to companies for prediction and analysis of data-centric markets. It is thus difficult to track PII flow and genuineness. Blockchain technology, which is an “immutable” distributed ledger, can efficiently track PII exchange, storing, and distribution. In contrast, the EU general data protection regulation (GDPR) in progress claims “a right to forget” and a right “to delete”. However, the present specification proposes an off-chain blockchain architecture using both a local database and a distributed ledger to guarantee a trustable PII life cycle.
