摘要: A disposable flow velocity measuring device including: a first panel having a flow velocity measuring structure, and having additional micro protrusion patterns formed around the flow velocity measuring structure; a second panel separated from the first panel, and including a fluid channel through which a sample passes; a porous ultra-thin film formed on a portion, at which the first panel and the second panel come in contact with each other, so that the sample passing through the fluid channel does not directly come in contact with the flow velocity measuring structure, thereby separating the first panel and the second panel and removing micro-air bubbles included in the fluid passing through the fluid channel; a non-porous ultra-thin film formed in a partial region of the porous ultra-thin film; and a negative pressure forming unit for applying negative pressure in order to adsorb the first panel and the second panel.

摘要: Provided is a microfluidic device including a lower panel including flow velocity measuring structures for measuring a flow velocity of a fluid; an upper panel separated from the lower panel and including a microfluidic channel through which a sample passes; a thin film provided at a portion where the lower panel and the upper panel adjoin each other in order to prevent the sample passing through the microfluidic channel from coming into direct contact with the flow velocity measuring structures, the thin film being configured to separate the lower panel and the upper panel to enable the lower panel to be repeatedly used multiple times; a specific functional unit configured to perform a specific operation on the sample passing through the microfluidic channel; and a negative pressure forming means configured to suck the lower panel and the upper panel with a negative pressure.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for separating single cells, and the apparatus includes: a fluid channel which has an upper panel and a lower panel and has a flow path which is formed between the upper panel and the lower panel and configured to convey a sample including a single cell; a single cell measuring unit which includes first and second electrodes which are provided on the fluid channel so as to be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval and apply electrical signals to the sample being conveyed through the flow path of the fluid channel, and a detection electrode which is provided between the first electrode and the second electrode and detects the single cell in the sample being conveyed through the flow path, such that the single cell measuring unit applies the electrical signals to the sample being conveyed through the flow path, detects the electrical signals of the sample to which the electrical signals are applied, and detects whether there is the single cell in the sample; and a single cell separation control device which outputs a single cell separation control signal when the single cell is detected by the detection electrode. Therefore, there is an effect of effectively separating, within a short time, the single cells from the sample including the single cells.

摘要: Provided is a microfluidic device capable of removing microbubbles in a channel by using a porous thin film, the microfluidic device comprising: an upper panel comprising a microfluidic channel through which a fluid passes; a porous thin film attached to the bottom surface of the microfluidic channel so as to remove microbubbles included in the fluid that passes through the microfluidic channel; a lower panel contacting the bottom surface of the porous thin film and the upper panel, a path being provided in the lower panel so as to discharge microbubbles, which pass through the porous thin film, to the outside; and a vacuum-suctioning means for vacuum-suctioning the upper panel and the lower panel such that the microfluidic channel, to which the porous thin film is attached, is attached to the lower panel in a vacuum state.

摘要: An apparatus and method for separating single cells. The apparatus includes: a fluid channel having an upper panel, a lower panel, and a flow path formed therebetween that is configured to convey a sample including a single cell; a single cell measuring unit including first and second electrodes provided on the fluid channel in a predetermined spaced relationship for applying electrical signals to the sample in the flow path, and a detection electrode provided between the first and second electrodes to detect the single cell in the sample in the flow path, such that the single cell measuring unit applies the electrical signals to the sample in the flow path, detects the electrical signals of the sample, and detects whether there is the single cell in the sample; and a single cell separation control device which outputs a single cell separation control signal when the single cell is detected by the detection electrode.

摘要: Provided is a method for bonding panel of a microfluidic element by using a releasing film including preparing a panel having a pattern for a microfluidic channel formed on one surface thereof, preparing a release film coated with silicon nanoparticles on one or both surfaces thereof, plasma-treating one surface of the panel on which the pattern for the microfluidic channel is formed and the surface of the release film, and bonding the panel and the release film by performing heat treatment at a predetermined temperature range in a state in which the plasma-treated panel and the release film are attached to each other.
