    摘要: The present invention is a polyester elastomer resin composition that has excellent extrusion moldability and surface smoothness even in a thin shape, while maintaining mechanical characteristics, and that is halogen-free and has excellent flame retardancy as well as heat aging resistance and hydrolysis resistance. The polyester elastomer resin composition comprises a polyester elastomer (A) and a phosphorus flame retardant (B); the polyester elastomer (A) comprises a hard segment composed of a polyester and at least one soft segment selected from aliphatic polyethers, aliphatic polyesters, and aliphatic polycarbonates, and has a Shore D surface hardness of 55 or less; the phosphorus flame retardant (B) has an average particle size D50 of 20 μm or less and a phosphorus concentration of 15 mass % or more; and the polyester elastomer resin composition comprises 5 to 50 parts by mass of the phosphorus flame retardant (B) and optionally a predetermined amount of an acid end capping agent (C) based on 100 parts by mass of the polyester elastomer (A), and has an acid value of 10 eq/ton or less.

    摘要: The invention provides a heat-shrinkable film that has (1) a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 90-140° C.; (2) shrinkage of 12% or less in a main shrinkage direction when treated in glycerin at 80° C. for 10 seconds; (3) shrinkage of 12% or less in a direction orthogonal to the main shrinkage direction when treated in glycerin at 140° C. for 10 seconds; (4) shrinkage of 30%-80% in the main shrinkage direction when treated in glycerin at 140° C. for 10 seconds; (5) a tensile elongation at break of 10% or more both in the main shrinkage direction and the orthogonal direction after aging of 672 hours at 50° C. and 70% RH; and (6) a difference of 5% or less between shrinkage at 140° C. in the main shrinkage direction after aging of 672 hours at 50° C. and 70% RH, and shrinkage at 140° C. in the main shrinkage direction before the aging.

Preferably, the laminated film is a solution means in which a surface of the coating layer has a contact angle with respect to water of 100 degrees or more.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a laser-engravable flexographic printing original plate in which an increase in time required for entire surface curing is suppressed while benefiting from a decrease in plate surface tackiness due to blending of the silicone compound. A laser-engravable flexographic printing original plate obtained by irradiating a molded product made of a photosensitive resin composition with light so as to cross-link and cure the molded product, in which the photosensitive resin composition contains a water-dispersible latex, a photopolymerizable unsaturated compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a silicone compound having an amino group in the molecule. When the water-dispersible latex is selected from polybutadiene rubber and poly(nitrile-butadiene) rubber, the silicone compound has a refractive index of 1.44 to 1.60. When the water-dispersible latex is poly(styrene-butadiene) rubber, the silicone compound has a refractive index of 1.47 to 1.63.
