The system includes a left boot sensor having a left flexible fluid-containing bladder shaped to fit between a user's left leg and an interior surface of a left boot worn by the user and a left pressure sense element in pressure-sensing communication with the left flexible fluid-containing bladder, a right boot sensor that is similar to the left one, and a controller to provide a pressure alert if pressure between one of the user's legs and the interior surface of the boot worn on that leg violates a predetermined pressure threshold and to provide a proximity alert if a distance between the left and right boots violates a predetermined proximity threshold.

摘要: A system for determining a position of one or more pieces of athletic equipment on an athletic playing surface is provided. The system includes one or more pieces of athletic equipment each including therein an RFID chip, the RFID chip comprising an electronic circuit configured to produce and transmit an RF signal. The system also includes an array of sensors positioned on or in proximity to the athletic playing surface and configured to receive RF signals from the RFID chip of each of the one or more pieces of athletic equipment. The system also includes a processing system operably connected to the array of sensors to receive data from the array of sensors, the processing system programmed to process the data from the array of sensors to determine a position of each of the one or more pieces of athletic equipment on the athletic playing surface.

摘要: A kinetic energy generator, system and method of transmitting data are described. The kinetic energy generator includes a piezoelectric element that receives kinetic energy initiated by a user, a rectifier connected with the piezoelectric element that rectifies voltage from the piezoelectric element, a capacitive system of capacitors formed from different materials connected with the piezoelectric element through the rectifier, a short-range transceiver connected with the capacitive system and activated in response to energy storage in the capacitive system reaching a threshold level, and a non-volatile memory that provides at least some of the data transmitted by the transceiver in response to a request from the transceiver. Below an inflection point, the capacitive system stores more energy than one system of one capacitor type and less energy than another system of another capacitor type arranged in the same manner as the capacitive system, and the reverse above the inflection point.

The user can check the power generation amount of the power generation apparatus and the power storage amount of the secondary battery without stopping the use of the image display apparatus. When a power storage amount of a battery in use is lowered, the user can properly judge with which of the power generation apparatuses the user should replace the battery.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards an integrated circuit (IC) package. In embodiments, an integrated circuit (IC) package may include a flexible substrate. The flexible substrate may have a plurality of dies coupled therewith. The IC package may include a first encapsulation material, having a first rigidity, disposed on the flexible substrate to at least partially encapsulate each die of the plurality dies. The IC package may further include a second encapsulation material, having a second rigidity, disposed on the flexible substrate.
