    摘要: Developing an agent for activating a neuron which activates a brain neuron. The agent is suitable for promoting cell transplantation for a neural disease, survival of a transplanted cell, differentiation of the transplanted cell into a neuronal cell, and/or maturation of the neuron. The agent for activating the neuron contains a protein selected from the group consisting of Lysozyme (LYZ), Secreted phosphoprotein 1 (SPP1), Progranulin (PGrn), Cathepsin D (Ctsd), Cathepsin S (Ctss), Apolipoprotein D (Apod), Sparc, CD52, Macrophage expressed gene 1 (MPEG1), C-C motif chemokine ligand 2 (CCL2), Cystatin F (CST7), Ras family small GTPase 2 (RAC2), Serpin family A member 3 (SERPINA3), Anosmin 1 (ANOS1), Kallikrein-related peptidase 6 (KLK6), Alpha-2-macroglobulin (A2M), GM14295, Galectin 3-binding protein (LGALS3BP), Apolipoprotein C1 (APOC1), and orthologs thereof, or an active fragment thereof, or a nucleic acid encoding the protein or active fragment thereof, and an agent for assisting cell transplantation containing the agent.

    摘要: This invention relates to the use of the Aspergillus niger aspergilloglutamic peptidase in a feed composition containing cereals, pulses, oilseeds, and/or tubers to improve animal performance, reduce nitrogen excretion and/or reduce intestinal inflammation. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a feed composition or a feed additive comprising the Aspergillus niger aspergilloglutamic peptidase. The present invention relates to the discovery that the Aspergillus niger aspergilloglutamic peptidase is capable of efficiently hydrolyzing alpha-amylase/trypsin inhibitors that are present in wheat, barley and related cereal species, as well as hydrolyzing trypsin inhibitors that are present in pulses, oilseeds, and tubers. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method of improving animal performance comprising improving feed conversion ratio, and/or improving daily weight gain, and/or reducing intestinal inflammation, and/or reducing nitrogen excretion in an animal fed a feed stuff containing alpha-amylase and/or trypsin inhibitors, comprising orally administering a sufficient amount of the Aspergillus niger aspergilloglutamic peptidase. It also relates to the pretreatment of feedstuff with the Aspergillus niger aspergilloglutamic peptidase.

    摘要: This invention relates to a medicament or a dietary supplement comprising the Aspergillus niger aspergilloglutamic peptidase that is capable of hydrolyzing plant food allergens, and more particularly, alpha-amylase/trypsin inhibitors, thereby treating diseases due to an innate immune response in humans, and/or allowing to delay the onset of said diseases. The present invention relates to the discovery that the Aspergillus niger aspergilloglutamic peptidase is capable of hydrolyzing alpha-amylase/trypsin inhibitors that are present in wheat and related cereals said inhibitors being strong inducers of innate immune response. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for hydrolyzing alpha-amylase/trypsin inhibitors comprising incubating a composition for food consumption comprising alpha-amylase/trypsin inhibitors with the Aspergillus niger aspergilloglutamic peptidase, wherein the inhibitors are hydrolyzed. It also relates to an enzyme composition comprising the Aspergillus niger aspergilloglutamic peptidase and an additional enzyme, and to foodstuff comprising the Aspergillus niger aspergilloglutamic peptidase.
