摘要： Cosmetic blending devices for producing a cosmetic liquid from a solid-shell cosmetic ingredient capsule. The cosmetic blending devices include a lid, a base, a blending element configured to blend the capsule, and a drive mechanism configured to actuate the blending element. The cosmetic blending device may include a thermal element configured to change a temperature of the capsule. The thermal element may melt the capsule. The solid-shell cosmetic ingredient capsule comprises a shell defining an enclosed inner volume, and cosmetic material included in the enclosed inner volume. Methods of using the cosmetic blending devices comprise placing the solid-shell cosmetic ingredient capsule into the cosmetic blending device and blending the capsule to produce the cosmetic liquid. Methods of forming the solid-shell cosmetic ingredient capsule comprise forming a portion of the shell, adding the cosmetic material to the portion of the shell, and forming the remaining portion of the shell.

摘要： Mobile mixing attachments, skidsteers with mobile mixing attachments, mobile mixing devices and related methods are provided. A mobile mixing attachment for use on a skid-steer can include a rotatable mixing drum having a body that forms an internal cavity and having a forward end and a bottom end. The mixing drum can include a mouth at the forward end of the body that provides access to the internal cavity of the mixing drum. The mobile mixing attachment can include a drum chassis configured to hold and rotate the mixing drum and an attachment plate secured to a rear portion of the drum chassis proximal to the bottom end of the body. The attachment plate configured to engage one or more attachment couplers on lift arms of a skid-steer. The mobile mixing device also comprises a scoop comprising a forward scooping lip and a rear loading end positioned in front of the mouth of the mixing drum. The scoop is secured to the drum chassis.

摘要： An apparatus is disclosed for preparing a liquid preparation using a two-part system comprising a first part including a first reagent and a second part including a second reagent, wherein the first reagent and the second reagent react when mixed to form an active ingredient of the liquid preparation. The apparatus comprising a mixing funnel having a reaction chamber, an inlet region for admitting a quantity of the first part and a quantity of the second part into the reaction chamber, for example from a dispensing capsule, to form a reagent mixture in the reaction chamber in use, and an outlet comprising at least one restriction orifice for releasing the reagent mixture from the reaction chamber at a controlled rate, and a primary chamber arranged to receive the reagent mixture from the reaction chamber through the restriction orifice.

摘要： A carbonated beverage maker includes a water reservoir, a carbon dioxide creation chamber, and a carbonation chamber. The water reservoir holds ice water and has a first impeller and a shroud surrounding the first impeller. The carbon dioxide creation chamber contains chemical elements and receives warm water. The chemical elements react with each other to create carbon dioxide when the warm water is introduced to the carbon dioxide creation chamber. The carbonation chamber is connected to the water reservoir and the carbon dioxide creation chamber. The carbonation chamber has a second impeller that includes a stem portion and blades. The stem portion and the blades define conduits therein. The blades create a low pressure region in a lower portion of the carbonation chamber such that carbon dioxide from the carbon dioxide creation chamber flows through the conduits to the low pressure region.

摘要： A system for bone cement includes a vial holder configured for receiving a vial and including a holding structure for maintaining the vial in the vial holder. The vial includes a monomer component for bone cement. A holder chamber is configured to receive and secure the vial holder. The vial holder is advanced toward a vial-breaking device for breaking the vial and releasing its contents into the holder chamber past the elastomeric seal. Once the vial holder is advanced further the elastomeric seal is deformed to form a seal and prevent fumes produced from escaping from the device.
