    摘要: Improvements in containers are provided, and in particular improvements in containers for preparing and dispensing foamable beverage and food products. The package may contain at least a liquid primary ingredient and a secondary ingredient and comprises at least one wall defining a chamber at least partially filled with the primary ingredient, an outlet for dispensing the prepared product, and a capsule surrounding the primary ingredient separating the secondary ingredient from the primary ingredient. The capsule may be attached to insides of opposing walls of the package such that as the opposing walls are moved further apart the capsule breaks. At least one of the ingredients may include a foaming agent such that the foamed product is produced when the capsule is broken and the primary and secondary ingredients mix.

    摘要: A container stores a main liquid component that contains a dissolved gas, preferably nitrous oxide, separately from a foam initiator component that is at least one of a powder, a liquid or a concentrate. A dispensing part of the container, such as a dispensing lid, can contain the foam initiator component. The foam initiator component is dispersed and dissolved into the main liquid component to form a foaming ready to drink beverage. The foam initiator component comprises a portion of the ingredients of the ready to drink beverage. Combination of the foam initiator component with the main liquid component not only results in foam generation in the container without any mechanical energy input additional to the opening of the container but also forms the ready to drink beverage.

    摘要: The object is to improve the bubble retention in a sparkling beverage such as a malt alcoholic beverage including a beer and a sparkling liquor, a sparkling alcoholic beverage produced without any malt and a carbonated refreshing beverage including a soda pop and a cream soda. Disclosed is a bubble stabilizer comprising, as an active ingredient, a water-soluble soybean polysaccharide which is produced by the heat-extraction from a soybean or a processed product of a soybean at a pH lower than the isoelectric point of a soybean protein and ranging from 2.4 to 4.0 at a temperature of 100° C. or higher. The bubble stabilizer can be added to a malt alcoholic beverage such as a beer and a sparkling liquor, a sparkling alcoholic beverage produced without any malt or a carbonated refreshing beverage such as a soda pop and a lemon soda to thereby improve the bubble retention in the beverage.
