A device includes a reactor for containing one or more chemical species of a time-dependent process, an extraction pump for automatically and continuously extracting an amount of the one or more chemical species from the reactor, one or more detectors for measuring property changes of the one or more extracted chemical species and generating a continuous stream of data related to the one or more property changes to the one or more chemical species during a time interval, and a process controller configured to fit the continuous stream of data to a mathematical function to predict one or more properties of the one or more chemical species at a future time point and make one or more process decisions based on the prediction of one or more properties at the future time point.

The interlock includes the steps of 1. measuring the temperature of the polymer powder within or exiting the degassing vessel, 2. comparing the measurement value to a threshold value in order to ascertain whether it is lower than the threshold value or not, and 3. if the measured temperature is lower than the threshold value taking one or more actions to reduce the concentration of hydrocarbons in the polymer powder exiting the degassing vessel and/or to stop the polymer powder withdrawal from that degassing vessel.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for preparing aromatic amines by hydrogenation of nitroaromatics in the presence of catalysts, in which a fluid reaction mixture which comprises amines and from which the catalysts are separated off is formed in a reactor. After the catalysts have been separated off, a measurement of the absorption of UV/VIS radiation by the reaction mixture is carried out to determine the concentration of nitro and nitroso compounds in the reaction mixture.

摘要： The non-routine (e.g., emergency) shutdown of a chemical reaction process is achieved by a method of safely operating a chemical reaction process which comprises the steps of detecting an undesirable condition capable of affecting the process, minimizing the reaction of the reactants, and maintaining a flow of materials through the reaction zones of the process such that the reaction mixture is displaced from the reaction zones. The flow of materials may be maintained for a period of time such that the substantially all of the reaction mixture is displaced from the reaction zones, thereby flushing the reaction zones. The reaction mixture may then be purged to an ancillary vessel, such as an absorber.
