摘要: In a plastic tube (1) for the production of gas filled bodies, with two superimposed sheets, connected in a gas tight manner to each other along a first longitudinal edge thereof, the upper sheet (2) and the lower sheet (3) are welded together in the transverse direction along gas tight welded seams (5a,5b), arranged in pairs at a separation from each other, in order to form inflatable pockets (7), which seams extend from the first longitudinal edge (4) to a point at a predetermined separation from the opposing second longitudinal edge (6). The pockets each present, between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, a gas filling opening (8) which is accessible from the second longitudinal edge. Also proposed are a method for the production of gas filled bodies using such plastic tubes and a device for carrying out said method.

摘要: This invention provides a method of molding which can feed the high-viscosity material quickly and accurately as well as with good operability. For achieving quick heating and cooling cycles in a mold, the mold is constructed from a mold material having superior heat-conductivity in such a way that the high-viscosity material can be heated and cooled from outside of the mold. Thereby, this invention comprises: a step for preparing a mold fabricated with high orientation graphite material, a step for feeding high-viscosity material into the recess portion for molding inside said mold in the non-molten state, a step for heating and melting the high-viscosity material in the recess portion via said mold from the outside, and a step for cooling the molten high-viscosity material via said mold and molding it into a desired shape.

摘要: A method of forming a coating and an apparatus for forming a coating on an optical fiber capable of improving the work speed in recoating a coating forming portion of the optical fiber are provided. A coating removed part of a coated optical fiber, which is the portion where a coating of the optical fiber is formed, is set in a mold. A light-curing resin is provided on the coating removed part. Then, with the light-curing resin heated to the glass transition temperature thereof by a Peltier element, a heater and a temperature control unit, a light for curing is irradiates from a light source to cure the light-curing resin.
